Went Aroma Thai and we got there 40min before closing time and they denied us service saying it was too late to dine in and would not get to us. So we decided to go to another Thai place around the corner called Siam imperial. Aroma wasn't even that busy only had 1 table w a family of around 6. We won't be going back to Aroma Thai was just a disappointment.

I’ve always been a fan of Aroma Thai and chose them out of several Thai restaurants within a mile radius. However, after a recent experience, I will not be going back.We parked in their parking lot and their fence it turns out, had come off and been left laying in a parking spot. The exposed nail fully punctured our tire, resulting in a flat tire. Understanding things happen, we went in to pick up our food and explain their broken fence laying in their parking spaces. They brushed us off and did offer any apology.Later we called back and were again ignored and after pushing, were told to leave a number so the owner could call back. We never received any call. With other similar options in the area, with similar quality, I would not go back based on the lack of basic customer service and concern for safety of their facility. There are just better options.

Really good food and nice atmosphere. We tried the fresh rolls and satay chicken as appetizers. Both were great but the satay chicken was definitely the better of the two. The peanut sauce that came with the rolls was really good.For the main dishes we had the pad Thai and the combination seafood. Both were delicious and the portions were quite nice. The seafood dish had quite a bit of seafood in it and the spice level was perfect. For the price the dishes were quite big so we would definitely go back.The only thing that wasn't good was the Coke which didn't taste very good. It was clearly pretty old especially considering Santa was on the can!

Order the fresh rolls, we noticed that the wrap rice was loose and didn’t looked like before. Also, when the mango curry with mock duck and tofu came we notice it didn’t had the pineapple that we order with. We saw those little things that it could happened/missed and decided not to say anything. I comment that they might had a new chef.When the check came I notice 3 dlls extra, and wanted to ask what was this for? I thought it was for the mock duck but was for the pineapple.Told Ms. Nancy that the curry didn’t had the pineapple, and right away responded very rude that it did! She saw it! And then I told her we ate it and for sure it didn’t had any. She went to ask the Person who cooked it! (Why would she ask if she saw it?) And she said she did and said she was taking IT OFF BUT THAT IT DID HAD pineapple. Waow! Told her she was calling me a liar and told her to leave the 3 dlls and then in an upset way she removed it, I just said it was her KARMA.I asked Nancy if there was a manager or who were the owners. She said they were not in. I guess and this is just an assumption, that she would be one of the owners family that thinks she can say whatever she wants, horrible customer service.The pineapple is not the problem, the problem is that Nancy is disrespectful and arrogant.Ps. I called the restaurant before writing this review but no Manager…

This place is amazing! I cannot express enough how good the food is. My ONLY critique is that it was a little dark in their for my liking, but this is arbitrary. The service was friendly. The food was definitely the star of the show, as it should be. We'd definitely come here again the next time we're in town. The price point is very fair. We spent about $20-$30 per person, but that included drinks, appetizers with an S, soups also with an S and our main courses. Can't say enough good things.

I went into this restaurant Saturday 10/28/23. I was approached by a young lady, she pointed at the tables and said, "Pick One". I waited for a while, finally after 5 minutes, another young waitress came over and threw the menu on the opposite side of the table. No greeting, no eye contact, she seemed like she wanted nothing to do with me. She didn't ask can I get you something to drink? I waited another 10 minutes, she asked was I ready to order? I responded, "is this the menu? because it was just thrown at me", she brought it closer and said Yes". To my surprised she walked back to the table she was cleaning. This was not the first time this happened. I noticed that she went to different tables to find out how they were doing. The food is good but, the customer service sucks. I was very disappointed and walked away.

This is the 2nd time eating here. I'm from Arizona. This is my favorite place for Thai food. You can have the heat between 0 and 10. I like it at an 8. It's a good solid heat without taking from the flavor. This time we ordered a sampler. Highly recommend. The spring rolls and crab angels are delightful. I didn't try the shrimp but heard it was good. We spent $50 before tip for 2 plates, a sampler and 2 drinks. I'll be back next time I'm in town. Thank you for the meal.
