I see a lot of people complaining about the customer service. I believe if the pizza is amazing ?the heck about everything else! These cooks are human too. IM SO SUPER UPSET. i have 21 years buying food there for my entire family and food and SERVICE has always being excellent. For my kids parties i buy from 10 to 15 pizzas. So i discover they are on groupon and this is the second time im buying a certificate from therr, but my husband has also used groupon before. We call, order 2 pizzas of special for peperoni for 9.99. The lastime time I did this it was no problem , a tall chunky italian guy said it was no problem (typically i dont used groupon n we spend from $60 to $110 for the family dinners). Yhere is this thing older guys so super upset whe I get to the restaurant and try to paid using the groupon. He was complaining for 10 minutes of how is not posoble to get the pizza for 9.99 and used groupong and complaining because he said he is giving away $30 of fooe for free and how they dont make any money when they used groupons etc. I said no one has ever told me that and the he is only giving away $15 not $30 becaide i only paid $15 and received a $30 coupon. I ask him to please just cancel the order. I HAVE NEVER EVER ENCOUNTER SOMEONE AS UNPROFESSIONAK AS HIM IN MY LIFE AND FROM NOW ON WILL HABE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER OIZZA PLACE TO BE ABLE TO BUY PIZZAS FOR MY PARTIES. The guy said for this time ill give the food is ok. I add a coupkn of deserts. he gives me the pizza n salad that i order i ask for plates n he puts the plates on top of the pizza and HE SLAMS THE DESSERTS ON TOP OF THE PLACE REALLY ANGRY AND ONE FALLS TO THE FLOOR AND HE IGNORES ME AND GOES TO THE NEXT COSTUMER. I ASK HIM "CAN YOU PLEASE GIBE ME MY DESSERT? HE SAID "WELL I WANTED TO SET UP EVERYTHING FOR YOU BUT YOU DIDNT WANT TO!" I TOLD IM, "SIR YOU ARE THE ONE THAT SLAMMED MY DESSERTS ON THE PLATE AND ONE FELT DOWN, I DID NOT PUSH IT DOWN, THEN HE CAME BACK AND GAVE IT TO ME. STAY AWAY FRO THIS CASHIER STAY AWAY FROM PiZZA KING IN 13TH ST. It breaks my heart breaking a costumer relationship of 20 years bit this worker really ruin it. I hope the owner does something about this worker or they will end up broke. Ps. i suppose to take the pizza ti a father son lunch in schook, and THE CASHIER MADE ME 20 MINUTES LATE AND I MISS THIS EVENT. i think the reason why he treated me so bad is becauee i was dress up as my husband and his jacket and hat and semi dirty, so he maybe thoug i was homeless because this men has nerver ever treated me like this.

This place has the worst customer service. I called today and ordered 2 pizzas, a salad and a calzone. The guy hung up while I was mid sentence of trying to say something. I'm missing a pizza. You are a disgrace to customers. You just lost a good customer.

I ordered the 20",3 toping pizza and a 2l soda. For the three topping, I chose ham, pepperoni and sauage.HOW EVER, they put ground beef in place of the sausage! Very unhappy and disappointed, either the pizza chef made a mistake? "When you work in the kitchen, you know where each item is located, and what they look like.or they ran out and dumped ground beef on my pizza. The ground beef was horrible.The chef was kind and APPEARED professional and very friendly.

A Southbay classic, Giant Pizza King restaurants are individually owned and operated so not all are the same.The IB 13th Street location is my favorite west of the 5. Long-term employees, fresh ingredients, good pizza and other Italian-American favorites. If you want consistency, decent prices and good food with good, fast service, CHECK IT.I go there multiple times a month.My favorite thing to order is the Fish n'Chips. Odd to me that they aren't served with lemon slices or malt vinegar, but their tartar sauce is lemony and delicious! Great fries too. ???PS- Al's Fries and Burgers (next door) is owned by the same family. It has allowed them to expand their kitchen and now they have an even LARGER amazing variety of Italian and Italian American foods. Burgers, shakes, salads, you name it! ?

Great pizzas. My favorite crust. Pizza is reasonably priced. You can get a large one topping for pick up at just $10. I get a lot of them. Always ready on time. Never had a bad pizza.

I would’ve liked to have shown the pictures of Gyro meal I ordered but I was too hungry to remember! This place is definitely a major major go! Even when the guys are busy, cooking and preparing orders, they always take the time to have a conversation with you. The food is always delicious and hot! This is go to spot for a quick meal!
