I was unable to get a name, but whoever the bearded gentleman was that was working on Sunday 4/7 in the evening wearing a blue swami’s shirt and brown padres hat needs to reevaluate his customer service skills ASAP. I’d also recommend hiring more staff as the service was absolutely terrible. Line of customers who’s pagers were buzzed waiting for food while being completely ignored by people behind the counter. We waited over an hour for a pepperoni pizza. When walking up to receive the pizza it had already been boxed to go and not on the open plate like everyone else’s had come out. All I had asked was if our pizza had just come out of the kitchen or maybe our pager had not gone off and if the pizza had been sitting out for a while and was packaged to keep from going cold. Off the bat he came off defensive and in our short interaction asked me around 3 times condescendingly “Is there a problem?”.. the problem here is your bad attitude. Surely you’d be frustrated waiting over an hour for your pizza. The least they could do is warn customers it’s going to be awhile before your food comes out. Very disappointing first time at this establishment.

Pizza port is a welcome addition to Imperial Beach. They have great food and excellent beers. If you sit outside you get awesome people watching as well.

Pizza Port is a top 3 brewery in the SD region, so don't get fooled by the name. The local IB location has an excellent, friendly staff that know their beer and give great recommendations.

Sorry doesn't begin to solve the issue. In such a hurry to close they threw away my food when I ran to grab something out of my car. Gone for 30 seconds.Argumentative, acted like it's my problem, and I wanted to like the place but they need to do better with customer service.

Amazing staff, very respectful and caring of their customers. Only had a peperoni pizza, wish I was able to grab a beer ?, but it was the bomb! Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back without hesitation.

I figured I would write a review about the vegan pizza since I didn’t find one. As you can see from the photos, the pizza had barely any toppings and cheese. Which is frustrating because this “pizza” cost me $38. Yup you read that correctly. How was it $38 you ask? Let me break it down for you: crest your own pizza style.L $15.95Topping: jalapeño, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes (dry and burnt) and palm hearts for a total of $10 (4X2.50)So we’re at let’s round up to $26. The vegan cheese add on was $9. Now we’re at $35 plus 8.75% tax rate makes it $38.06.Let me ask you: does this pizza look like it should cost $38? I agree, it does not. Needless to say I’ll be going to a different pizza spot that isn’t so cheap for being so expensive.

I was looking at the local breweries in the area and this one popped up. I've heard of them because of the collaborations they've done with other breweries so it was a must try. We weren't disappointed. Staff was amazing. Everyone was kind and accommodating. I was gazing at the beer list and an employee asked me what kind of beers I liked and allowed me to sample a few to pick the one I enjoyed most. They were all tasty. There was a variety for everyone. Pizza and wings were delicious. It's close to the beach and a cool place to people and car watch. We happened to see a bunch of vintage VW bugs and busses pass by which was really cool.
