Servers are awfully rude. Off the clock they treat customers with disrespect and are a direct reflection of how they treat people when they are on the clock. Terrible customer service. Daniela was one of them.

I have been going to this ever since it opened, I am a really big fan of the food despite how horrible their services are and how often they mess up on people's orders. They purposely put their phone line busy to avoid taking orders (has happened to me many many times especially during lunch hours 12-3). That's besides the point, I still was willing to go because I really liked their food! Their other issue is they purposely always try to skimp out the customers. There's been numerous times where I have ordered a simple CA roll (has crab, avocado, and CUCUMBER), I have noticed they stopped adding the cucumber. Once I noticed that, I personally started to ask for cucumber to be included in my CA ROLL. Many times they have charged me a dollar extra and still not add the cucumber. I still would go and take my chances because again, I liked their food. Today's incident was really my final straw. The server on the phone made me feel silly for my request, and not only that but did a very poor job on passing the message to the chef. When I call them to let them know, they are very careless about it and just say "oh come back to swap it out" I don't know if they expected me to take them the wrong order back but that's disgusting so I didn't. When I get there, the server is unaware of why I'm back and out of frustration I say "I was just on the fucking phone with you" there were no insults or rude comments made to the server or anyone, that was pure frustration because despite everything I kept going back to eat there (my fault I guess) after that, I get a phone call from someone at k sushi letting me know they are refusing my service from now on because I said the word "fucking". Their customer service is the worst and I have personally seen the owner be inappropriate to his servers as well. Really do not recommend this place at all, I really wish jade would come back. It's such a shame seeing this place go to the trash

I'm from Phoenix Arizona been yelping for awhile saw how many reviews this place had and thought on trying it but it was really disappointed with my experience in this place,the lacking of costumer service was unbelievable too the point that some else other than my server was coming to help since she notice how neglected we were I understand when is a busy day but I work in a down in theater with 150 ppl watching the movie and I still take my orders and serve my food I wasn't even brought water silver ware till 30 mins in sitting down we ask for to go boxes and never got them ask for the check same we had to stand up to be notice when paying my check I told my server how I ask for water and it took for ever and never got to go boxes and still she didn't offer and ignore my comment.

You know this place used to be great, it was my go to spot for sushi but we went recently and service was horrible sushi was sloppy and not the good sloppy lol, it seems like they were overwhelmed with Togo orders and they let the customers inside the restaurant suffer for it, I am not sure if they are too cheap to get more help but come on there isn't more than 10 tables in the place and with 3 servers it's still horrible service they can do better. We should have waited the 40 minute at FUJISAN my new go to. Got my sushi before I got chopsticks drank my kids drink because I couldn't get a refill, took spare napkins off the table next to me when they left. HORRIBLE

It's just the service .... Always an issue with phone calls and the waiters taking orders who sound like we are bothering them when we call .... And when we dine in it's always trying to get there attention to get anything .... The sushi is good so if you dine in sit at the bar with the chefs and might as well walk in to order to go cause if you call they never have your order right or put it in til you get there to pick it up.

Upon entering, we experienced a delay in service due to the server attending to customers behind us. While placing our order and expressing gratitude, we noticed a lack of responsiveness and eye contact from the servers, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. The dining environment felt tense. Although the food was average, an oversight in the bill led to an uncomfortable scene with what appeared to be the manager/cook. The manager's reaction was extremely rude, making the whole experience unpleasant. Sadly, this experience left a lasting negative impression, and we've decided not to revisit this restaurant.

We have been to this place a couple of times since it opened and it was somewhat ok.....we went today and it was awful. First of all, dirty bathrooms, you have a male host/waiter who is incompetent to do either one of these positions. The food takes forever to get made !! It took about an hour to get a side of rice , cucumber roll, avocado roll which is all quick to make and to cooked rolls which shouldn't take an hour to make when there is only one table ahead of you. Plus, while we were there an order was messed up by Sushi staff and the customer service that was given was awful. They could not refund the order that they messed up but they could make you a new order and the customer would have to pay for both, the messed up one and the new one. That's not the way to run a business! Who owns this crappy establishment? This will be our last time going there. The time, amount of food and the price..it's ridiculous!! Oh and when you have old black avocado don't put that in a roll, throw it away. Sushi places here in the valley are awful. Beware of this place ! $67 for 4 fountain drinks, a side of rice, cucumber roll, avocado roll, shrimp tempura roll and a spicy crab roll... not worth it !! We need a good sushi place here in this valley and don't have one!!

Had a really pleasant experience when my husband and I went for date night. We went around 7:30pm on a Friday night and there were around 5 occupied tables. We walked in a were told take a seat anywhere we liked. Within 2-3 mins the waitress came to take our drink and appetizer order. We then placed our sushi rolls within a few mins as well. From sitting down to getting our food it was no more than like 30mins and we ordered several things. They were really fast! No complaints or issues. The food overall tasted really fresh.
