“Always good!My husband and I stopped in for a light dinner. He had a small size shrimp cocktail and we shared the tostada plate which consisted of 2 beef tostadas, rice and beans. The tostadas were very, very, good. The corn tortillas had just been fried and they were crispy and warm. The shredded beef was tender and flavorful. There was a small container of warm, mild salsa, which was a very nice addition. There was also beans and rice. The beans are served in a freshly fried tortilla shell , shaped into a bowl. So cute and so good.We eat here about once a month and tonight the wait staff was as always friendly, knowledge about the menu, eager to see us happy, and made us feel like family.You won’t be disappointed. If your food is t what you expect, please let the staff know. They’ll make it right.“
“Small family owned business. I really love the place and the raspados are delicious. Not like most places where their raspados taste watered down. These are really natural and juicy! They care for their customers and don't just sell you their products.“
“I come here just about every day for lunch to the point where the drive through worker knows who i am now. My go to is the half(small) order of fries w/ cheese & avocado sauce. Its the perfect size if you dont want to get too full from the regular size. Sometimes if i get regular i cant finish it(unless im a starving horse) but the half order does me well. Dont forget to ask for the SPICY hot sauce! Yaeir whos one of the workers here always has a nice & friendly attitude! Great food, great service!“
“Just driving through town on the way to Salton Sea. We were trying to go somewhere else for breakfast, but it was Christmas Eve and the other place was closed. A friendly guy recommended we try Maria's, so we headed over to this little taqueria in a gas station. All the ladies working here were welcoming and helpful. We got breakfast burritos and they were fantastic. The tortillas had that slightly browned finish to them that signifies you're about to spend a few minutes in a food zone. The green salsa was tangy, slightly spicy, and delicious If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely stop by and try some tacos.“
“Saw this place online and had some good reviews. Stopped in while in Imperial and it was so quaint. Nice family ran business and very friendly too. I had the shrimp taco plate and it was good. Wishing for some lime crema sauce but it still was delicious. Hubby had a Como taco/burrito and he really liked it. Now they have a Special quesodilla that is huge! Kinda like a empanada on steroids or a huge Mexican calzone. It's really fantastic. We got ours with Carne asada and will enjoy it for dinner tonight.“
