I love this place so much. I go here atleast 2 times a week and I get the biggest bowl they have for $15 and everytime it gets smaller and smaller and it makes me so irritated.... errrr

Hands down, worst rice I’ve ever had. I didn’t think rice could be so old that it becomes chewy. Who cheaps out on rice? It’s the cheapest part of the bowl… it tastes like to pre build the bowls and throw themIn the fridge for days. It was terrible. BEWARE! DO NOT EAT THE RICE!

Worst poke bowl I've ever had. Ingredients are completely uninspired and boring. The restaurant itself is unwelcoming let alone the girl working there who didn't greet me (the only person in the place) and looked to be annoyed that I was there. She also had extremely long nails and wore no gloves. I should have walked out. Gross.

"Best Poki Place Ever!" What a lie. Lying is a sin. I paid for EXTRA avocados and got ONE SLICE. When I had asked for edamame, they told me to go cry to my mommy. I can't believe this. I wanted food to be able to escape this hellscape of life. My daughters in the hospital... She won't ever be able to walk again so when she told me that this place was the best poki place in the valley, I believed her. On her last legs she had believed in this place m, told me I'd be satisfied. How dare you? How dare you tarnish her memory with this?! The poki bowl was so bad that it made me sterile , I can't even replace her. And to top it off, as soon as I swallowed the last bite, I had needed scurry off to the bathroom, it had given me the shits. My anus is still burning as I type this, I can't sit down right, the toilet is traumatizing for me now.

I come here because it's close to a tesla charging station so I've been here at least 4 times now and it's really just ok. Not bad but not good either. I've definitely had better.

Stood in line for so long that two employees saw us in line, went into the bathroom and never helped us or said anything including hi. Seriously waited for 20 plus minutes after being seen and not acknowleged before I gave up and left. They went into the bathroom, came out looked at me and went into the back having not said a word!!! There were many people in line. Nobody got helped......not one person. Total fail!!!!

This was my first time getting a poke bowl and let me tell you where has This been on my life? The employee that was there was very friendly and she helped me pick my choices from my first time and it was a great experience. The food was fantastic. Just be careful of the wasabi. I got salmon shrimp and octopus with a little mixture of everything that you could add. I'm not disappointed at all and I'm sure you won't be either. Like I said this was my first time trying poke and it's not going to be my last. The flavor was fantastic and the quality of food seem to be second to none. I've had sushi many times and let me tell you it's nothing like this. Sushi is good in its own way but poke takes the cake. I'll definitely be coming back. They can get rid of me that easy. ?

I wish I could give 5 because I do like this spot; however, certain employees can really make your ordering experience really crappy. Attitude goes along ways, maybe some proper training on greeting the customer, engaging with the client, and overall customer service would do aloha poke some good.

Love this place. Haven't been here in a long time but I was a lil scared to return with the poor reviews. Didn't enjoy service from girl at the counter (young girl with weird color contact lenses) . She didn't seem happy to be there or happy to help me at all. Literally had me repeat EVERYTHING I SAID. either turn the music down so you can hear me, pay more attention, or look at me maybe you can read my lips but I shouldn't have to shout or repeat EVERYTHING twice... sad because I I thought this place had good food/ value compared to what you would get in palm springs where I'm from... would've given the restaurant a better score but that was a bad taste added into an otherwise delicious meal. Hopefully they either retrain her or replace her before I come back

This place is a joke. The "scoops" of shrimp only have like 2/3 pieces only. I ordered 2 scoops of shrimp and she pretended to scoop some up when you could clearly see that there was nothing in there ‍ plus she was on her phone while we were trying to order. I definitely wouldn't eat raw fish from there..

They only give one avocado slice and charge for more. They run out of fish and they don't like to restock, if you arrive between 8pm and closing you are out of luck because they don't have anymore. Good prices though if you get the basics.

I started writing this review in my head before I even got my food. There are few things wrong with this place. First of all, it’s gloomy and sad. I’ve had poke in Hawaii, LA, and elsewhere in this valley, and have never seen such an uncheerful vibe. The first thing you notice is a sad array of vegetables. Tomatoes, whole baby carrots, cucumbers, onions…am I at the Sizzler salad bar? What’s with the whole carrots? The salad greens have iceberg lettuce in them. This somehow ruined it for me and was a weirdly overpowering flavor. Please, iceberg lettuce does not belong in poke. The rest of the selections were ok, but I agree with someone who said they were generic. The employee was not listening to me and piled on an ingredient I didn’t say. Then I saw she was distracted by someone she knew running back and forth outside. But the kicker for me was Chinese almond cookies by the register. Now don’t get me wrong, they are one of the best cookies on the planet. But what are they doing in a poke restaurant? It would be like grabbing a bag of Funions while you’re paying for sushi. Actually, that would even sit better with me than almond cookies at the poke place. This place seemed all kinds of confused and inauthentic to me. I don’t think chopsticks would even be in the logo if they understood the origin of poke. Anyway, the fish was fresh, but the crunchy garlic was stale, there wasn’t enough sauce to flavor everything, and the iceberg lettuce I mentioned was weird. I gave three stars for the fresh fish and rice being cooked properly.

TO BE CLEAR THIS ISN’T ABOUT THE FOOD… read belowI drove 20 minutes from South La Quinta to get some poke. When I got there I found out they had locked the door 30 minutes prior to the closing time posted on Google AND listed on their door. The employee was inside and looked at me and shook her head despite all the food being out and it being prior to closing.

Decent poke bowl dining experience if you're a long ways from others. Portion sizes are pretty skimpy.... I've gone to other poke bowl restaurants and the employees always seem to have trouble closing the top lid from the compacted add ons I'm not sure why. I will try my best not to spend $12 two scoops of spicy tuna again.

The employees show they hate their job.this place is stingy with their servings-serving 1 thin slice of avocado-tuna had a funky taste and smellsauce of choice was not enough more like water downed…..the employee made me feeluncomfortable is like she was bothered I walked in.Never going back
