Never thought my day could be made at a water fill up but Carl is one of the coolest most genuine humans I’ve met. He was so appreciative over the small tip that I gave him that he even had me grab a soda from the fridge no charge. Made sure to learn my name and offered help bringing my water back outside. I’m just traveling through and don’t live anywhere around here, but will go out of my way to come back in the future. Thanks again Carl

Awesome service, they will rinse the inside of your 5 gallon bottles and refill them for you. All you have to do is bring them inside. They do have a cart you can use to take the bottles back to your car once the are refilled. They do open late in the morning so please call to make sure they are open. Also you can use the self-service fill up outside 24/7 just make sure you bring one dollar bills.

This is a great purified water store in Indio. I buy purified water in 5 gallon bottles, the price is $0.25 per gallon, or $1.25 for the 5 gallons. There is a water dispensing, coin operated machine accessible at the front of the store for after-hours access. The water is purified through a number of processes, including reverse osmosis. They only take cash.

You would think that such a store does not exist in the desert, but Aqua Pura does! Cute and friendly old couple who own the place. We had a terrible experience with our winco refill water (it tasted like chlorine) and we did some research and found Aqua Pura. We refilled 5 of our 5-gal bottles here. They even rinse the bottle for you before refilling them which is very nice so you dont have the previous water taste. Their reverse osmosis system is visible and awesome. Water tastes fresh through our cooler so we never returning to winco for their water refills. Only downside of this place is that they accept only cash. I will be returning soon to refill our bottles and definitely try out the ice cream here. Water refills is .25cent a gallon which is the same price as winco but Aqua Pura is definitely more pure and fresh tasting.
