We hadn't dined here for quite sometime as they took my favorite item off the menu. I was happy to see that my beloved Short Ribs are back and they were excellent. I asked for 2 substiutions and my request was met with "of course we can do that for you". Service was superb.

Perfect evening! Lovely excellent waitress and assistant, Harold. Filet cooked perfectly, pork chop amazing and duck even better than what I cook at home! Manager came by twice to make sure everything was good. We will return soon!

Excellent service, great food! Many of the servers knew the patrons, so folks must come here often. Pork rib chop was amazing, beef short ribs just missed the mark by being just a bit dry. Our server Miguel was amazing as well, really tended to our every need. Highly recommended!

First time visitors and we loved it! Hanna was our server and she was so nice! Enjoyed our dining experience and the service was wonderful. The short ribs were the best! We will be back on our next visit to Palm Springs!

I took my friends from Chicago there for a special dinner for their anniversary and service and the food was exceptional. We had a great time. The special dessert served for my friends anniversary was truly extra special. Thank you !!

This was our first experience dining with The Bistro. The setting was quite nice. The wait staff was very good and attentive. I ordered the short ribs which were excellent. My wife ordered the Long Island duck. She was very disappointed thinking that it was going to be a breast, but it was 2 thigh and leg combos. There was very little meat on each and there was very little sauce, which we asked for more. One of our tablemates had the short ribs and enjoyed that, however our other tablemate had the Kobe Meatloaf and was disappointed. She mentioned that it was too dry and had to order extra sauce. My wife and I order the Bourbon Chocolate Pecan tort. We didn't get the bourbon or the chocolate. It was slightly disappointing, but we'll probably be back.

We enjoyed an excellent dining experience at the Bistro at Fantasy Springs. Service was on point, friendly and the food delicious and delivered hot. The only slight drawback was the hot spice in the crab Louie salad dressing. It should not be so spicy as to overpower the taste. The seating could have been a bit better for our anniversary- we were in a small alcove and would have much preferred the main dining room. A surprise anniversary dessert was a nice added touch. We will definitely dine there again!???

Best restaurant in the Valley- the staff is so friendly and nice - BEST sushi to be found and to sit around the bar is a delight..... Samantha makes the best Martini ever❤️. Justina the Manger is back from maternity leave which makes it even better ?

Had dinner at the bar by the cozy fireplace. Fabian the bartender was amazing, Manager stopped by to check on us and we thoroughly enjoyed the Seabass special, beyond 5 stars! We always have a great meal here!
Large selection of variety of cuisines. American, Asian, Italian, French fusion. Excellent service from our server Justin. Very attentive along with bus service. Food with great presentation and flavor. Good accompaniments. Will definitely return. Beware, drinks are quite strong

Another great dinner here at the Bistro. My girlfriend and I had the pork chop and it was just perfect. We sat at the bar with Sam who always takes good care of us. The two hostesses that were working were both delightful and one was Jaime and the other I forget here name unfortunately but was also very nice. See you soon.

A great option in Indio! Nice atmosphere, tasty food, and good service. The valet attendant set the bar and every element of the experience matched it. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in Indio.

This should be a 5 star review and luckily it went from a 1 star review to the 4 stars I've given it. Arrived 15 min. early for our reservation. Told we couldn't sit at the bar for a drink while waiting. Hostess suggested we go to casino bar. I was assured we would be texted when table was ready. After walking around, we decided to stand next to the bar in the Bistro. We informed the hostess & actually was given permission by bartender to sit in 1 available seat at the bar. Once again, told the hostess where we were. We were texted 10 minutes after our scheduled reservation. My husband immediately went to the hostess and was told they weren't able to locate us and our table was given away! He spoke with someone who had no satisfactory response. I then questioned one hostess who blamed the other hostess. I was then told it would be another 15 minutes for a table. We were going to a show and 30 minutes later than our scheduled reservation was not acceptable! Fortunately, the experience was turned around by the manager Justina and our server Justin! They both apologized and did everything possible to make sure our meal was promptly served and we were happy. The food was delicious, filet mignon and duck, tender and perfectly cooked. Thanks to Justina, Justin, and the kitchen staff, we will try the Bistro again!

Overall the food and ambiance were good. Loved the sea bass and the sea food apps were great. Filet was not hot and it was like it sat for a while. Disappointing but the sauce helped. Our waiter, Justin, was very attentive. Would come again and request a table that is not in the traffic area. We had a great 70th birthday for our friend and the chocolate cake at the end was the highlight. Thank you Justin.
