“This is gas station Fried Chicken. It is located inside the convenience store of a gas station. That being said, it is really good. The chicken is flavorful. I drove all the way out here not knowing it would be a gas station. I prefer it over some other well known fried chicken places.“

“My wife and I arrived here at 0930 pm. We were told they were out of extra crispy and only had mashed potatoes mac-n-cheese and coleslaw. We picked the Mac-n-cheese and coleslaw. After ordering this late at night I thought we would get whatever was left over. I was wrong. We did have to wait for our biscuits but our meal was perfect. We were totally impressed by the staff. They were very courteous and apologized for waiting on the biscuits. We will definitely come back to this KFC restaurant. Thank you for a great dining experience this late in the evening!“
“Really good chicken. I got the Steves Fries and I was very happy with the portion and flavor. The service was also very good. The manager was the only person working because someone called off and he was able to handle the small rush that happened while we were there.“
“Last night was a community party with 70+ people attending. I called Juan Pollo and spoke with Shaun who was very accommodating and helped make the party a success. We ordered the party platter for 60 people and then increased the order when we found out more people would be attending. The chicken and side dishes were outstanding and the party platter was delivered on time with all the trimmings. The chicken was very moist and tender, the sides were very tasty. Shawn and Javier were both a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Juan Pollo whether it's a small gathering or a large gathering. You won't be disappointed. Thank you for all your food and help. We will definitely use your services in the near future.“
“The girl “Jennifer” that took my order was SO RUDE! She never even looked up and acted like she was bothered to have to take my order. I have owned my business for over 50 years and would NEVER tolerate an employee that hated her job that much. The Bermuda Dunes store needs help. Also quoted a 20 minute wait for food at 6:08pm. Only one other table in the place and now I know why. Sorry to say you need new help. Maybe a smile and a happy greeting for starters!!!“
