Friendly staff, the $7 deal is so good! It comes with fries, a cheese burger, a soda, and a sunday ???? the sunday ice cream was really really really good. The caramel was delicious!!!Also, before people go on posting very critical reviews just remember that we all have bad days, specially working with entitled rude people. Imagine if you were to get a review everyday that you go to work, so please be understandable and kind, i am sure you would not get a 5 star review on a good day.In the meantime thank you DQ!!

No ice cream, no restroom. Understand supplier issues but a restaurant that serves food must have a restroom. Employee barely spoke and offered no explanation for lack of bathroom access. Very disappointing.

I initially ordered a Reese's pieces blizzard and realized that's not what I wanted. They made me a peanut butter chocolate blizzard and it was delicious! Thank you for accommodating me!! Very much appreciated!!

Absolutely LOVE the banana splits! They are HUGE! & the marshmallow topping is phenomenal!Parking: Lots of parking available in front of dairy queen!

Pro-Tip: It's a good day for ice-cream in the Coachella valley 365 because it's typically always hot here.Ordered a medium vanilla swirl. I remember the days in my hometown these were like a couple bucks. But this is 2023, and CPI and CORE inflation is at an all time high.Medium swirl = very big swirl. Almost cannot be contained by the size of the cone. Texture is very creamy and brings back all the nostalgia to those halcyon summer days growing up in the 'burbs of Chicago.I just wish they had Dairy Queen in Los Angeles county. While technically they do in a mall in Northridge, that hardly counts. This treat should be more universal.

This place was super good food wise but there’s a employee I believe her name is brandy I had the worst experience ever she seem very unprofessional looked like she didn’t care about her job seemed like she didn’t want too be there at all has no management skills at all towards her fellow co workers was being rude I believe if you’re going too work the minimum she could’ve done is smile to the customers never again going back there.
Stopped by for dessert this evening for the first time at this location. I went thru the drive thru which not all DQ's have so that was nice. There was a rather long line but it moved fairly fast. Ordered 2 blizzards which were fine, taken back slightly by the price as I didn't remember them being over $7 for one. Made appropriately but melted quite quickly and didn't get napkins when they were handed to me. Can only comment on dessert as I didn't try any of their fast food.

The food is always delicious. Blizzards are the best. However, back up of cars in drive thru forced me to go inside to order my blizzards. It was slightly busy inside. My complaint derived from the fact 2 people that ordered AFTER me received their order's BEFORE me. She told me that they would call my name when it was ready. I had to go up and search for my order. It was sitting in a metal bin..melting. I suggest they have a person dedicated to call out in store order's. IN ORDER. Thank you.

Terrible service. Stopped by to get some food on Sunday September 24, 2023 and the place was extremely dirty, only a couple of small tables seemed clean. Waited for 5 minutes before someone tells me they will help me soon (keep in mind there are no customers inside). Waited another 2-3 minutes with no one attending me. Decided to leave and spend my money else where. Will definitely not come back.

Stood at the counter for about 7 mins waiting for someone to take our order.There were several employees in the prep area, and finally one who was also doing the drive thru came over and helped us. She was friendly, and quick . It's too bad if they have her doing both window and counter, not an easy task.The location was not busy.I live walking distance to the location in Bermuda dunes, but choose to drive here for the better service and quality of food.Really disappointed in this visit And definitely will not recommend.
