I've been here a few times and I'm done going back. It's possibly the worst del taco I've been to in the valley. Shout out to the time I waited for 40 minutes stuck between cars in the drive-thru for 2 drinks and 3 items. And they got my order wrong. I went inside and they said sorry and that they would remake it. It took 20 more minutes. Meanwhile, I'm looking at the drive-thru station and there's boxes sitting there that look suspiciously like my usual order, same containers and # of items.And they've gotten my order wrong or forgotten items every time I've been there since. There's so many del tacos out here within >2 miles, it's worth it to go to those instead.

Every time I have come here as a customer and as a courier at night the service is horrible. They make you wait on the Drive-through speaker even though there is only one car or no car ahead of you. When I pull to the window they greet me and then they make me wait 15 to 20 minutes... I see the cars behind me starting to pile up and I see there's plenty of staff just standing around and only one guy seems to be moving. After waiting for so long, I get my food but no thank you or sorry. It's nothing like the other locations.

I don't ever recommend this location. The management + employees are useless. They could care less about their customers in this location. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Useless including All of their workers. Bad attitudes and make you think you're the problem got ordering through them online it says 24/hours but if you go up to the window they say they're closed

worker with red hair and nose piercing looks about in her teens in the drive thru is very rude to customers my grandpa who doesn’t speak English well was a little slow she rolled her eyes and snickered with her friends worker needs to fix attitude or find a better job! no way to handle costumers like that she has had a attitude multiple occasions ! And didn’t even get the order right. Not to mention the bathroom is disgusting n location is horrible.

If I could give lower than a one star rating I would. I don't understand how this location is still open. It's like no one pays attention to the modifications to orders. My orders are always wrong, and there is NO point in calling to speak to a manager. As they are beyond useless and honest they don't care. The staff is just so unfriendly, I get it's fast food, but I am still a paying customer. And you can't say that restaurant is busy because guess what? It's not, it's a complete ghost town inside and no line in drive thru during what should be your peak hour for dinner.
I go out of my way to go to this Del Taco. They are always on point with my complicated orders. Most of the other Del Tacos mess up. Every. Time. This one is different. They are fast and extremely on their taco game.

I'm at the Del in La Quinta! They do get a lot of things right here,but they struggle in a few areas. Number 1 is today! I ordered a Double Del Combo meal #16. That comes with cheese, except they are out of cheese. This is the dryest burger I have ever had and with no cheese will almost go into the trash but I need to eat...very disappointing. Your bathroom situation is and always has been a problem. There are times when it is not open and it is the outside type which means your employees leave their post and have to meet me outside very difficult and in today's world, this place is living in the 50.s. the burger was thrown out!:no way I can eat this!!! They do have the music on and that is something I can't say about your other locations Jerry! The only 2 Del's that have music consistently on is Palm Desert by Deep Canyon and this location The Dillon location had turned theirs off and same with Washington and 111. The employees seem to be able to do what they want with music and that is not play it. So my experience today is very poor and unacceptable!! I was not told they were out of cheese and when I got the burger the patties were dry and were thrown away. Fix it Jerry
