IndioThis is one of the most poorly operated and managed Del Taco stores in the valley.The sauce packet bins were empty and when I asked for some at the counter they said they were OUT but I saw them putting them in the Drive Thru window customer bags.Then I asked for a fork and the counter girl said I didn’t need one??Drive a few miles down the road. They’ve got to be better then this store.

Terrible del Taco service and atmosphere here in Indio next to the courthouse, what I hate most about this location is that they're always locking up the restrooms and they never clean them up, and what I hate most about this as well is there always closing down the soda machines and they never open it and leave it on for us customers I always have to wait in line just to get a refill and I'm tired of this abuse!!! I once contacted corporate and I might have to contact them again, also there's an Hispanic employee guy with glasses who has a black frizzy fro like hair, who has an attitude problem I heard him once y'all and said the f word to a customer because he didn't give them an appropriate certain amount of hot sauce and he also fought with me as well because I just wanted to fill my bottle up with water and ice, that guy needs to be fired or removed and put somewhere else, thank God luckily wienerschnitzel close by saved my life and filled up my bottle with water and ice this happened during the summer of this year 2023

Today I ordered through the application for del taco and we gave them time to complete the order before we arrived. When we got there they tell us they never got the order. They make us repeat the order and had to wait a while since they couldn't remember the order we just told them on the spot. When we were leaving we saw they forgot two items. If we didn't check our food we would have had missing items. They made us wait before the window as well and wait longer as we were receiving our food. Never had an issue with this location until today.

They didn't give me the order correctly, I asked for my order without onion, and if they added it, it seems that the person who made it for me doesn't know how to read, I tried the birria tacos and the truth is they do taste delicious but they were very expensive, I thought what? It was cheap but I saw that it wasn't, in the coupons they don't say the prices they only say the discount that they give them for each thing, they should put the prices of each meal so as not to let us get carried away with what we see in the specials papers and thus know if Whether or not it is worth buying what we want.
