I love in n out for the taste and how simple they are you can’t go wrong but lately that is not true. Last time I ate here the burger patty has no salt/ seasoning at all and what sucks it’s not the same if you add it after. Well last night my burger patty’s were very salty and the fries had no salt. It appears to be a problem with who ever cooks and/or seasons the food.

From the genuine smile you receive from the start to the excellent quality you walk away with as you go out this company and it's values are at the highest caliber. To the customer service and their sanitation crew- if I could perform a metaphorical "glove test" I would say my experience has been spotless.I love how the business treats their staff.I admire the CEO's mission to put their own funding campaign to STOP human trafficking in its various forms at the FOREFRONT of their business as it shows a pop-up before their own website to promote the good campaign before their own website.The staff are VERY well trained.My every experience has been nothing less than totally excellent.To be totally clear- I'm baffled. I would never write a review like this unless I was so totally impressed and want to state the obvious.It is a safe environment. The business cares about the people who come in.Their customer service! The company strives for excellence.No one is perfect I'm just saying my experience has been wonderful. I've been a fan of In-N-Out for some time and although there are better burgers, there is something about it that keeps you coming back. This In-N-Out is one of the older ones however I was really impressed by the service. I ate inside for a change and the guy managing the staff was like a football coach at half time motivating his team. Very positive atmosphere in what must be a difficult, fast paced work environment. Food was good, always reasonably priced. Someone even asked me "how was your meal" and offered to clean my table. Great experience for fast food.

What's not to love about SoCal's iconic burger joint, In N out!! The line is still long but the wait is not as bad as it seems. Location is key and it's rt off the highway so to be expected. However, their burgers have just a little more "zest", flavor that is, then most in n out's I've visited. So I keep returning to this one in particular. Even though the other locations have been upgraded and are bigger this one has a better burger by far. So whatever love or stack combo you're doing keep it up. It was worthy of my shout-out.

Immaculately clean.!EVERY SINGLE EMPLYEE'S UNIFORM IS EXTREMELY WHITE AND CLEAN!!A CUSTOMER KNOWS . IF EMPLOYEES CARE ABOUT THEIR PERSONAL HYGEINE.
