I just had the worst customer service experience with the graveyard Manager, he declined his name and service, I’m a tax paying citizen and he will not kill all the nice experiences I’ve had through out the years with Jack n the Box, I will not come back to this place or recommend this Jack n the Box!

The guy in the drive thru was sooooo rude. I understand it’s late but if you hate your job just quit.
Has early morning in store seating, unlike the other fast food store next door the only allows drive through service.So I go to Jack's

I went to the drive thru at 5:30am today (Sunday) and waited but no one came to the window to take my order. Their hours said they were open, I saw someone working inside, but they wouldn't help me. No service at all. Zero stars.
