Paid for 12 piece family meal in the drive-thru, charged $41.86 and they gave me an 8 piece meal and failed to provide a receipt so much harder to address the mistake. Missing chicken, biscuits and a side. Need to inventory items before leaving.

I have been here many times as I work in the same complex. I went thru today and asked for a blackberry lemonade to start, then we were making a huge order (close to $100). She said they don't have it anymore as it was a limited time offer. I was bummed but it was fine, but let her know they might want to take the signs for it down. She then very snarky "have a nice day". Didn't ask if there was anything else we wanted. Just basically told us bye. So sad as I wasn't rude or anything. Very disappointed. Won't be eating here anymore.

Horrible service I was missing my 2piec and biscuits missing napkins and utensils. I went inside they told me they'd help me in a minute I waited ten and stepped outside to smoke and let my puppy out because I'm traveling more inward Cali.Tried to go back inside and it was locked with 2 other customers there. I went through the drive thru and they still did not give me napkins. I was with my wife and our two kids. I'm thinking they did this because Im black and menacing horrible service.

They do not have their act together here. So many people "working". Nobody taking orders inside. I saw one employee just walking around aimlessly behind the counter. After waiting for 6 mins and hearing "one moment" for the 3rd time, and seeing the drive thru lane go ahead of me, I left.

This was the worst KFC chicken I have ever received. I recommend gas station chicken over the horrible quality that I received. This location should close until they figure out how to actually make chicken. Fried Chicken have no breading and was slimy.

My wife and I arrived here at 0930 pm. We were told they were out of extra crispy and only had mashed potatoes mac-n-cheese and coleslaw. We picked the Mac-n-cheese and coleslaw. After ordering this late at night I thought we would get whatever was left over. I was wrong. We did have to wait for our biscuits but our meal was perfect. We were totally impressed by the staff. They were very courteous and apologized for waiting on the biscuits. We will definitely come back to this KFC restaurant. Thank you for a great dining experience this late in the evening!

I never usually make low grades for reviews. This one however is an exception. I ordered a 12 piece meal that they promised will be ready after 20 minutes due to the lack of dark meat. I said fine I’ll wait. 30 minutes later they needed 5 more minutes. I waited back to my car and finally received. Now, I should always check what’s missing but it has been a long day. I came back to our hotel missing gravy on the mash potatoes, no honey packets which I requested, and the chicken were cold. My whole family were upset with me and ruined our vacation. We had a heated argument and fortunately we all just said to forget about it. We still had a good meal yet it was incomplete. I paid $40 for the 12 piece meal that was very unsatisfactory. Needless to say, I’ll just go to Poppyes instead. None of them are going to worry about this review so this is more of a lesson for me. I’m disgusted and disappointed. Fortunate that my family still trust me after all of this.
