I was looking forward to having a McDonald's close to my house but unfortunately the service is horrible,it never fails that our orders are always wrong or incomplete. You have to constantly repeat your order at every window and they still don't get it right, also the food always seems like it's been sitting there for a while. I will drive the distance to the one on Varner for better service and quality.

Ordered a mobile pickup and checked out to pickup inside counter and once I get there lobby and closed and was denied to pickup instead I was told to make line in the drive thru.. which this sucks, if you make a mobile order is to avoid the big line and pickup fast. Bad service!

Who genuinely eats here? If your popping in for a quick 10 pc or getting a full meal It's always Something whether it's cold Missing or extra items and let's be serious it was a hot day and I wanted some icecream they said they didn't have any cool drinks or slurpees these lazy people are braindead how is there no slushies because the icecream machine is broke so I ended up with a 10 pc nugget and they forgot my sauce the place does not provide consistency or Genuine care.

This is super said. If I'm paying almost $5 for the regular size Oreo McFlurry I expect this cup to at least be filled to the top.. And when I asked the girl at the window why it was so short she said idk it the new McFlurry cups. This new McDonald's needs to do better. At least give me what I am paying for because this cup is 3/4 full. Ridiculous!!! My daughter is pissed too.

Okay this is a McDonalds, but kinda unique. This one is located inside of a walmart. It is great if you need to grab something quick. However since it is inside a walmart, they have no drive thru. They are super friendly and extremely quick! Overall it is not a bad location. The biggest area of improvement is the cleanliness of the tables and the restaurant. The food was fine, but the tables were all dirty.
Ordered 2 chocolate shakes this trip. Waited aisle 1 while they made fresh. Better than their usual. I would go back.

McDonalds has and still is my fave. I usually use mobile ordering but with Temps over 110 and price of gas I dined in. Mistake. I used the kiosk and did my order but then....no table tent to complete the order. No counter person to assist. So I put in number 1. You must nit actually use that number as when my order was ready, they called my name mysteriously. Your attention to detail is second to none. So I was definitely disappointed in this experience. The problem was the table tent. If it's not needed then remove it from being necessary to complete an order. Obviously it is not due to the fact they were stored BEHIND the counter. Not on the kiosk as indicated. I'm glad mobile ordering didn't have that mistake when I put that number in. Please be consistant and keep that attention to detail.!
