I ordered takeout. The food was okay. When picking up the order, I extended my arm and hand to receive the order from the male server as I had my other hand holding on to another take out bag from the snack place next door, but the male server ignored my visibly extended arm and placed it on the counter instead. I guarantee you he could not have touched me (if contact was a concern), but the lack of 'serving' (provide service) was not nice. Anyhow, I managed to grab the bag safely with my available hand, but his help could have been nice.

Very good Mexican food. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff; extensive menu. On Jackson Street near I 10 interchange.

This place steals my heart every time. It's just good! Flavorful, good portions, and service is friendly. I look at like a taco stand in Mexico, but in the higher end district. They use micro greens and plate. Presentation is just beautiful. Their cheese dip is amazing. It's worth the drive to Indio from Palm Desert. ,

Birria soup was hearty and yummy. Too bad they forgot to offer cilantro and onions. Burritos were just ok.

My two friends and I got the specials of the day on Thursday. It was bistek ranchero, chili verde and bistek a la Mexicana. We got the loaded fries for $3 extra. The food way over delivered and was wonderful.

Driving back from spring training we stopped in Indio to to grab lunch. Cool little Mexican joint in a random area. Fresh guacamole was excellent. Had the Tortas Ahogados and the Quesabirrias tacos. Both were very authentic tasting. Really good! This would be my go to Mexican spot if I lived locally.

Do NOT GO to this restaurant if you have a gluten allergy. I asked the waiter if they had gluten free food items and he was clueless. He asked the cook and pointed out items on the menu that didn't have flour tortillas. Obviously, they have NO CLUE what a gluten allergy is. I had some chips and salsa and have been sick for 5 days. CC (cross contamination) is definitely an issue here. Please do better. Thank you

First time at Pablo's. When I arrived it was dead. Not even 30 mins laters people started coming in. They either had drinks, food or both. I had the quesa birria tacos. Those were pretty good. Not the best I've had but still good. The restaurant is very clean and the waiter is very attentive.
