La mejores conchitas en el valle de Coachella! If you want the most authentic and delicious Pan dulce, it is here. I challenge you to find a softer, more perfectly sweetened Conchita. You can't do it. All they other bread are delicious, but you know they are doing something right when the simple Conchita is the best there is.
I'm not really a big fan of pan, but I visited this place while my son was in surgery @ Indio Surgery Center in the same parking lot and good lord they have some delicious pan. I highly recommend the chipotle y jamon! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. I ended up taking home 3 boxes of pan for my family. Next time I will definitely try the tamales because I'm sure they will be delicious.
