I order small pizza, 6 wings and 2L Pepsi , delivery comes 1hr late pizza was already cold from 6 wings I received only 2wings I call the store they start speaking with me on Spanish when I speak with them English,I asked for manager the lady said hi wasn’t there when I tell she the story she just simply said you can cancel the order and order the new one . NO EXCUSE OR APOLOGIZEI WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FTOM THIS PLACE TOATAL DISRESPECT ???

I ordered an extra large Veggie and Pepperoni pizza tonight. It was superb!!!! Fresh, nice and hot and lots of toppings. Every time my husband and I order a pizza from Papa Johns--Indio, we are never disappointed. I can't really believe the other poor reviews. Papa Johns has never failed us. The delivery guy was also very nice and polite. I'm so glad that Papa Johns cooked dinner for us tonight. Thanks so much to Papa Johns in Indio. Gail B., La Quinta, Ca

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! So about a month ago, I had gotten an order that was missing dipping sauces. I called the store and I was on hold for 41 minutes. When they answered a guy named Jesus Beltran told me to call the next time I order and they will include them for free. So I placed an order today and then called the store to ask about the dipping sauces, and no one answered. After being on hold for 5 1/2 minutes I hung up and called back then I was on hold again for like 45 minutes before I decided to drive down there. When I got there, some dude was telling me that when they're busy, they don't answer the phone, eventually he's like well what do you want me to do about it and I told him to just give me the sauces that should have been in the order. My dude was like I'll give them to you for free because of the hassle and I was like THEY'RE ALREADY PAID FOR. Straight garbage

I received a discount coupon to purchase a 14"pizza. Since I had never eaten a pizza from Papa John's before, I decided to try it. I ordered a pepperoni thin-crust pizza and paid for it. Since I would have to wait for about 15 minutes, I asked the clerk if someone could bring it out to my car for me and she said yes. I could not find suitable disabled parking so I ended up parking in the very front at the pick-up-only parking. I pulled in and I was going to park elsewhere but I was trapped by the traffic going back and forth behind me so I stayed there. This shop is not in a good spot because of the traffic. Also, I couldn't understand why the closest parking was pick-up order parking only and the disabled parking was further away and only one spot. The whole time I was there, not one car pulled up for pick-up. I waited about 20 minutes and no one came out with my pizza. So I went in and asked if my pizza was ready. It was not. I still had to wait another five minutes. The staff seemed unorganized and it seemed s though many of them were walking around confused. I finally got my pizza. I got in my car and it seemed like forever until I was able to get out of the parking lot because of the ongoing traffic passing back and forth behind my car. Finally, I was able to back out and quickly exited the parking lot and drove home. The pizza smelled good and was hot. I noticed on my receipt that I was also supposed to have a seasoning packet which was not there with the pizza. The back of the pizza was close to being scorched and tasted bitter. The pizza was definitely not worth the $15 that I would have paid without the coupon. I just bought one at Walmart for a little over $5 and it tasted better than Papa Johns's pizza did. I paid $9.78 for the pizza and I can't say it was worth that much. I don't think I will be visiting again. Not because the flavor of the pizza was mediocre and burned on the backside, but because of the nightmare in the parking area.

Placed an online order and watched the tracking and it said the order was delivered. I called to see why we did not receive our order. The person who answered put the delivery driver on. He said he knocked on the door and the residents said they did not order pizza He had the right address but described the wrong house. He also said he called my number, I never received a call. He said he got a voicemail. I never received a call, no call record. When I asked how they were going to make this right he said he didn't know. I asked to speak to the manager and I got put on eternal hold. I tried calling with another phone and was also put on hold until the restaurant closed. He clearly did not go to the right house and did not call. Do not order from this restaurant, horrible customer service and no effort to correct a problem. Super disappointed and now I have to chase down my money.

Lazy lying staff. Can't even deliver my order and make b.s excuses to not deliver my order....I called in to talk to manager and got hung up on......this is garbage. When I asked for manager name and the dri er who wouldn't deliver my order the manager mumbled so I couldn't understand her......don't come here go pizza hut or somethin else this place has gone down the toilet

Guy on phone said pizza will be ready in 10-20 minutes. Got there in 10 minutes and had to wait another 35 minutes.
