Place all dirty, tables all dirty, it is the most horrible place in Pizza Hut that I have had to eat in... one of the workers had signs of being drunk... it can't be possible for that to happen... THIS PLACE IS EVERYTHING TASTE URGENT OWNER

What has happened to the dough here? In years passed, it was decent & had a good flavor. Now the dough & crust are hard & flavorless! Customer service at the window is usually decent but I likely won't be returning anytime soon.
I honestly would give it 0 stars if I could. I stopped going to Pizza Hut because of the food quality in the past but I was really hungry and too lazy to cook anything yesterday so I ordered through the app. I ordered a double order of cheese sticks and redeemed some points to get a medium pizza. I made sure I selected EASY sauce (since I hate when it gets everywhere) and Extra pepperoni. I left my house as soon as I placed the order to make sure it was freshly out of the oven when I got there...it takes 15 minutes to get there. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, I quickly paid and left. I was a little surprised by how quickly I received my food since I had to wait around 10 minutes the previous times I had gone. When I got home, I was so disappointed at the food I had received. Even though I made sure to pick up my food quickly, everything looked very bland and like it had been sitting there for a while. The pizza was drenched in sauce and had little to no pepperoni...not at all what I had ordered. The cheese sticks looked really old, like when you've had them a day already and just stick it in the microwave to reheat. I'm giving up on Pizza Hut. It's ALWAYS a HUGE Disappointment. I've had really bad stomach pains all morning today. I don't doubt that the pizza had a MAJOR part in this. Don't go to the Pizza Hut on Ave 46 in Indio. It's total ass.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Having a party ordered delivery. They did not get the order right and pizza was stale and old. Spoke with the manager and they want their pizza back in order to get a fixed and possibly decent pizza, we would have to give the other pizza back.....it's a party.....people took pieces before finding out it wrong. They will not give us a new pizza without them taking the old one back. Who does that. Crap service, crap manager.

We are back been away for a awhile , too expensive for doughie pizza ,however the pizza box is great can't best the price and the pizza is cooked great ,just remember to at sauce to your pizza because for some reason you need to add it or it will not come with any.
