On Saturday I ordered a travel box coffee. I arrived after 20 minutes I submitted the order. So I checked in with a nice girl. She said it will be ready in 10 minutes. 10 minutes passed coffee wasn't ready; so I asked the guy how long it was going to be ready, he rudely said: (isn't ready I can give you a refund if you want ) I said NO. The reason why I ordered it is because I need it. And he didn't do anything at all. I have to wait for another 20 minutes just to get my coffee.

Security guard was Paul Ming the top of everybody's cups after handling a rag. He was wiping the counter with. He's not a breeze that shouldn't be handling any of the coffee when I asked them to replace my cup. He became offended telling me how if he was in the Gulf. He would have just shot me. Try to get me into an altercation with him. Try to trespass me and intimidate me by pulling his handcuffs out. Like he was going to cuff me up. Told me not to come back. Insulted me that I didn't work in medical. When I told him that he was engaging in cross contamination and the debt rag was not sanitary once he began following it and wiping the counters with it. This security guard kept his back to the store the entire time until I said something about him. Handling the cups. Because he was more interested in flirting with teenage girls than doing his job.

It's so good to have a Starbucks in the Cove neighborhood ! Staff are usually very friendly and efficient. Drinks taste wonderful, and I've never received a mistake on a drink order yet.

Barista with the Blue Bangs.Two words: Rude & Unpleasant.Her subtle pettiness, terrible customer service skills, and lack of communication during a mix up in my order really turned me off to this location. I had other interactions with two other workers; one was a tall blonde guy who was really nice and helped me out and then another staff member who took my order was also helpful. The barista with the blue bangs was the only negative interaction I’ve ever had at this location. The two stars is for her and does not reflect the customer service of the rest of the staff, that’s why I rated the atmosphere 4/5.

Terrible. The store was closed for two days and they still allowed mobile orders to be placed and charged. When I went the day they opened, they wouldn't give me my drinks that I was charged for. Disappointing! Never going to this location again.
