I used to take my kids to Winchell's. Many years later I went back, but the donuts seemed greasy and I could smell the oil that was used to make them. Other donut places do not have that smell. I liked Winchell's from yesterday.

Very good donuts for a chain, a little overpriced.

Smells amazing everytime I go in. The donuts are soft and fresh and staff is always sweet.

Staff looked miserable I was the one saying thank you have a nice day and she couldn't even smile or say it back. Donuts were dry like they had been sitting for days. We only ate one out of the half dozen they were so bad and it cost $12 about $2 per donut. Should have tried one first before buying 6.

So happy to have found a Winchell's when on a trip from Washington. My parents owned one in Colorado when I was a kid. Brought back nice memories and of course the donuts are the best!

Winchells' charges $1.99 for one donut. This is $0.50 more than Dunkin donuts. Plus, with glee, they don't offer discounts at all (not to military, seniors, no one). Maybe we will teach them a lesson by not patronizing them too often!!!

Donuts are yummy and the staff is awesome. Just a few harmless hobos hanging outside sometimes.
Went there because Starbucks was closed and I had heard good things about this place. I had the displeasure of being helped by a lady with the worst customer service I have ever seen. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but her rolling her eyes and giving attitude for no reason left a bad taste. Maybe if she didn’t have her earphones on she could hear what the customers are asking for and not get mad when we have to repeat the order several times.

Doughnuts are good but the short lady with the blonde highlights looks to be in her 40’s and big lashes had a major attitude problem…rolled her eyes when I asked for another coffee and just overall not a pleasant person never going back

I had a bad experience this morning with an employee. She was rude and had lots of attitude. I've never seen her there before so I'm assuming she new because I've been going to Winchells for years. She gave me the wrong donuts and when I went back to her to give me what I asked for she threw the box on the counter. She raised her voice and gave me dirty looks. No customer service at all. The other girls have always been good and I've never had an issue before this morning. I did complain to the manager Julia. It's not okay to treat people like that.
