What a disappointment!! It was great when they opened but it must be under new ownership. Only 4 flavors and all were runny. Lady was mopping the floor and it smell like she has never changed her mop water. Terrible smell!!

So happy that they're seating area is open now to eat yogurt! My special needs daughter enjoys coming here and now that COVID numbers are decreasing, we can sit inside! They do provide you with gloves before getting yogurt and then will assist in providing toppings but it's still great! Love coming here

Horrible service. Came 40 minutes before closing and there is a sign that says will be back in 30 minutes. That’s when the stores about to close so makes no sense. I’ve tried coming here several times and they either close early, are out of flavors, or horrible service.

They didn't have many flavors. I just stuck with vanilla. They only had medium cups. No sample cups due to Covid. Also they staff serve your toppings for the same reason. Use your waba grill receipt (same day only) for a 20%.

This location is awful. The staff has been great considering the owner of this location has destroyed all possibilities of this location thriving. For over 6 months, the "system has been down" according to the manager. They only accept cash, and you can't use your rewards at all. They have only 5 flavors of frozen yogurt available, and every time I've gone in, they always say the other flavors will be coming in on their next delivery later that week. That's been going on for months. I understand Covid has ruined many small businesses, but this owner just appears to be pocketing the cash that is coming into this location, and not doing ANYTHING to make it successful. The manager is also the manager at Waba Grill next door. At both locations, she has the "I don't care, I'm getting paid still" attitude. Rude to customers, and not helpful with anything. Will be contacting corporate.

I rarely take the time to write a review for an establishment but today I had to. This is the second time I've stopped by with my kids and it's just cash only lucky I had cash. The second issue is both times I've stopped by they only have two flavors available to choose from. Today was like deja vu again only two flavors to choose from and it was only 6pm. I asked if they would be putting out more yogurt flavors and they stated that was it for today. I would understand if we had shown up right before closing but that was not the case. I think I've given up on this place.

Have visited the place 4 or 5 times and each time more than half is out, not working etc. Staff is lazy and absolutely no customer service. Whomever is the store manager should look at this store and monitor.or manager should be let go.
Very disappointed to be waiting out in my car for 20 minutes after it says they open at 1pm. I finally left after another person came up to me asking "aren't they supposed to be open"...I guess not. Young girl inside is taking her sweet time singing to music in her AirPods and on her phone. She looks at me and continues to take her time. No smile, nothing. Doesn't even open the door to let me know she needs a minute. If you aren't going to open exactly at 1pm maybe you should tell your employees to be on time or have them come in 20 minutes early if they are going to slow about opening procedures.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! 1. Their selection is very limited. My Froyo cup was extremely sad :( 2. One of the girls working there was not wearing her mask appropriately. She was wearing it on her chin, not covering her nose or mouth. Even after she noticed customers she didn't bother to fix it. Please DO NOT go to this frozen yogurt location...save your $ & take care of your health especially during this health pandemic.

Pretty standard froyo spot in a typical strip mall off the 10 freeway in Indio. They have all of the usual flavors and toppings you have come to expect.
