Oh how refreshing it is to have an ice cold milk shake on a humid summer afternoon. This store was clean and not crowded. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. There are prepackaged ice cream and ice cream cakes for your purchase. The lady behind the counter was friendly and fast at making my shake. It’s so tasty too ?

This is a clean and friendly store. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. There are pre packaged ice cream and ice cream cakes ready for purchase. I came for a mike shake on this humid afternoon. The store was not crowded during lunchtime. The lady who made my shake was friendly. Thank you for your kind service and pride in your store.

just thought I'd give a review , I work as an Amazon driver , and as most people know delivery drivers don't have access to a bathroom we need to stop at public places to use any bathroom around when we have a break , I stop by this location , and Claudia was NICE enough to let me use it , she said it was for customers only , but has a sign there that the bathroom isn't working , I literally told her please I have no where else to use the bathroom , I'm not a homeless person , I'm obviously working and just need a place to use the restroom, so she didn't even answer she just walked away , I stood there and asked her again if she's really not going to let me use the bathroom and she said no because I'm not a customer , most places let delivery drivers use the bathroom even if you're not a customer , But thanks Claudia , for being a little b****

They charged my card.. it said approved on my side of the screen they claim nothing showed up on the screen.. then they wouldn't allow me to take my purchased item.. i went on my bank account to see if it went through and it had . They still refused.. so i told them they need to give me my money back and they denied that too.. they refuse to give me my money back

Crappy!!! Messed up on the "Happy Birthday" they scrapped it off and re do it and it still looks off. Won't be coming back Sep12.2022 6pm. One star just to post the review.

6.26.21 This store is in the old 1960's cube shaped Jack In The Box, then for many years it was 'LUCY'S' , a beloved burger / pastrami joint that was -so- beloved locally it was featured in movies and so on . It's snug but not a problem unless you're over 400 pounds and rude . _ALWAYS_ sparkling clean ~ B.R. (a division of Dunkin' Brands) has a corporate cleaning edict and they follow it closely so no worries . Generally friendly and helpful wait staff . It gets busy in hot weather so don't get pissy if it takes a moment to get serviced . A small inside window bench seating area plus out door patio in the sun . One block East of Western Avenue and Imperial Highway on the North West corner . "Gennifer" gave me good service . I've never used the bathrooms here, don't know if they have any . -Nate

Went for my sons free birthday scoop. He said he likes Baskin Robbins cotton candy better than cold stone which is our go to place (it's closer to our home). Since it was Mother's Day weekend I decided to get an ice cream cake for Mother's Day! The cake and ice cream were both good but there was way too much whipped topping.

Love Baskin-Robbins. This location has the vegan chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream flavor which is not just delicious but in fact my favorite CCCD ice cream creator. No one does it better and trust me, I've checked. This location is currently only allowing 6 people inside due to Covid-19. However, they are trying to be efficient by having an employee come outside to you to take your order and prepare it if you know what you'd like.
