I placed an order today through the app. From the time I placed the order to the time it just entered delivery status was over 2 hours. I tried to call the store to see what the problem was and was on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. My order hadn't even been updated to delivery at that point.I had enough time to place an order with a competitor and have that pizza delivered in the time it took my order from dominos to go from QA to starting delivery. When the food finally arrived I specifically requested in my delivery notes for contact less as I am sick with covid. The delivery person rang my doorbell multiple times and did not follow my directions.This is absolutely the worst service I've had with food being delivered. Just take my money and screw me trying to find out anything about what is happening with the food I paid for? Pizza was supposed to be here over an hour ago according to your app. I couldn't call and cancel or get a refund. l not be using your company again.

Ordered carry out and when we arrived they were backed up. Obviously confused as I was since I received a text saying my order was ready. There's also a line with people doing the exact same thing.

All I wanted was some well cooked tater tots with correct toppings but I got SOGGY ones instead ?. I've had great tater tots before from this location but not this time. I had to call because first order was incorrect and Alan was courteous and resent another order of tater tots. The second time they were still SOGGY and slid all to one side of the box. Not happy with my choice of dining here. I paid money and got lousy food.

Place is dirty , nasty, filthy, cashier hands dirty handling the food and money..he was the only worker ,wasn't helpful wanted to add an additional item and refused to do so...what business doesn't want to take your money when you want to add to your order..I will never goto this Dominos again...place looked like a bomb blew up in the store and had horrible customer service..never again..I just wanted to add bell peppers

Ordered 2 things of wings, one buffalo and one honey bbq because my children don’t like spicy food. They delivered 2 buffalo orders so I called to have the problem fixed. They said they didn’t have any orders from my address/ph number… I checked a few things and confirmed it was them. Called back to have them hang up on me. The 3rd time the guy couldn’t have cared less, he sounded dead inside. I asked for a manager who said “well you’re not talking to them anymore you’re talking to me. I need to find your order” - tf! I don’t even live over here I was visiting family. The customer service is offensive never ordering again.
The pizza was very uncooked and it wasn't sliced properly. I will be contacting corporate and let them know how horrible the cooks are and the customer service. I wanted my refund paid, full in cash and the manager told me there's nothing he can do. The wings were good though.

The Evening female manager, needs to be replaced. My order that should have been $19 was charged for $35. Then promptly made my order improperly. Save yourself the trouble and find another location. This location won't honor coupons.

ordered my pizza online from this location like I always do ... I arrive to them when they say my pizza was ready ...got it and it was dry and only one pice of chicken on each slice (it was only a medium) you would think they would put more pieces of chicken got home and gave them a call and basically they said they don't care and would not refund nor apologize for the shitty pizza and service I got ...she /him cuz I spoke to two ppl they both sat on the phone after explaining that my pizza was cold they sat on the phone in complete silence like okay why you telling me ..I was like hello hello ??? horrible service and funny thing I always come to this location its the closest and to be treated this way is unacceptable, I'm gonna call corporate as well ..they acted like they didn't even care !!!!!!!!
