When I went to Pollo Loco today, the food was bomb to the bay. It was very delicious. The customer service was kind and polite. It was very clean. I like their services.

We don't have El Pollo Loco (EPL) in Virginia and always look for EPL when I leave the state. Love
Food was good. Staff was good, just seemed unpleased or like they wanted to go. Didn't really seem like a welcomed place to eat so we took it to go. Either way, it was a great bite that's not burgers and fried food.

I love there food however I’m exhausted on how when I specifically say to please not put any beans, corn, and sour cream on my salad and they will still do it can someone please monitor someone to not keep doing that on people orders when they say to not put

I went like three weeks ago and the only person that managed to help me was one of the cashiers because he was the only one who knew Italian. The only person who offered good service was that guy.
