Ordered several varieties of pasta and sauce as a Xmas gift for my CA family. They loved it!!! Once they are back to shipping nationwide, I will be ordering for other family members, which are spread across the country. Also, want to mention that their prices and shipping costs were very reasonable and the delivery happened exactly when they said it would. Highly recommend!

Years ago there was a very successful restaurant in Beverly Hills called David Slay's. I was sous chef for a bit and I noticed they weren't using the meat in the fat cap when prepping veal chops so I created a recipe to use the chopped up fatty meat as a filling for raviolis, which we toasted and served with a mild marinara on the side. It was very successful and a great use of meat otherwise tossed. I say all this to that Florentyna's made the raviolis for the restaurant after we delivered the finished filling. It was a great partnership and I never had any complaints about this company. The fact that they do a brisk business 2 decades later is testament to their success. Two thumbs up.

Their pasta is made fresh then frozen. By the time you receive, it may have been frozen a week, a month or two months. Who cares? Once you cook it , it takes like it was just made. They made a mistake on each of my last two orders so I deducted a star. They have a great selection but I'm partial to their linguine.
