I called in a pickup order for a combo fish/shrimp on Friday. There was no taste in the Sandabs, medium shrimp, or the batter. All very bland. First time @ Gomo's. I'll stick to Rick's or Collins.

One of a few fish market that know how season and fry fish. I highly recommend Gomo you can't go wrong with there shrimp dinner you get your money worth. You can phone in or order in person less than 20 minutes wait.

I ordered a three piece lunch with catfish. I also ordered an order of fried okra. I've never eaten here before, but it's kind of a hole in the wall, and I have found that most holes in the wall have the best food! I was greeted warmly, and my order was taken took about 15 minutes. When I got my food, I was very happy. It looked exactly like what I wanted it to look like and then I took my first bite after dipping it in tartar sauce and I was ecstatic. It was delicious it hit the spot perfectly. The tartar sauce was delicious. They only gave me one and I had to go back and get another three pieces of fish really demands to tartar sauce is I went back and expecting to pay for it and he gave it to me. Don't think that they're going to do that for everybody though I was a first time customer you know and I would have paid for another one. The fish is cooked perfectly. The only thing I would say is a little bit more seasoning maybe some lemon pepper but the fish was good and tender. I ordered catfish and it was banging! When and if I am in the area, I will go there again!

The owner or seasoning must have changed this place used to be A1 now the fish has no taste not cooked well it's terrible idk what happened whatever happened they need to reverse it
