Definitely recommend. Found them on yelp while searching for a Black owned bakery. I'm really picky about Red Velvet and needed to find a good tasting cupcake for my cousins birthday. Drove over on my lunch break to sample and it was perfect. I emailed to place my order and got a response promptly. Placed my order for 1 dozen cupcakes a week before. My order was ready when arrived and just as delicious as the tester. Definitely will be a repeat customer. I also bought the coconut pineapple cupcake when picking up my order and it was delicious also. I plan to order a cake in the near future. Give them a try!!

I love the Good Cake Company! If you are craving cupcakes or cookies this is the place. This bakery has it all! The products are excellent. They taste just like your grandmother made them. You don't need to go to Sprinkles. We have our own right here in Inglewood. And it's a Black Female owned business I believe. I get so tired driving to the Westside or some other part of town to get a good product. I'm all about supporting local businesses. Nothing is better than shopping locally. Please stop by. I recently had surgery and can't eat sweets, but as soon as I'm cleared this will be my first stop.

Your hand clutches the door handle. As you open the door, you are greeted by a nostalgic jingle from a bell above the door that shimmies into your ears, a sweet aroma dashes into your nostrils, and the glass chamber of sweet treats meets your eyes. You are dazzled by cupcakes of different colors, and when you look closer you notice red velvet with cream cheese frosting, chocolate turtle cupcake with whipped frosting and a caramel center topping, carrot with cream cheese frosting, classic vanilla, and more. What I really like about the cupcakes is that they feel really light rather than something heavy that will sink down into your stomach and make you feel guilty about it later. And don't be surprised by the lovely little cookie selection. The cream cheese frosting (my personal fave) is divine and the whipped frosting is so light and airy. Of the mini cheesecakes the turtle one piques my interest. The crust is a compacted chocolate crumble of happiness and the cake is very smooth and is chilled nicely. Of the cookie selection, the chocolate chip is my choice. I think it kinda meets a middle ground for diverse cookie lovers -- the edges have a nice crisp and the middle is quite ooey gooey. The shop owner is very sweet and always greets me when I enter! Overall the place feels very cozy and simple sweet.
My friend told me about this location and I'm so glad she didn't keep this gem to herself. The most delicious, moist cupcakes in town. You have a faithful customer in me.

Great customer service and really moist chocolate cake however the frosting was some type of weird whipped cream frosting kinda oily and was missing sugar it was not by any means buttercream frosting. I would still recommend them

My daughter wanted a specific cake, showed her a picture & she duplicated it exactly like the picture. Not only was it pretty, but it was delicious!! Everyone loved it, some guests had seconds & a few came the next day for more. I definitely recommend The Good Cake Company & will be going back again.

Amazing chocolate sheet cake with THE BEST vanilla buttercream frosting ever !!! I ordered this cake from out of the area relying on the previous great reviews. It is truly one of the best cakes I have ever had. The chocolate cake was very moist and the buttercream was rich, but not too sweet. Additionally, it was a 3-layer cake that was decorated beautifully. That was impressive as we only used email to communicate all the details. I can't say enough good things about the cake and the attention to detail of the bakery. I will order another cake from there for our next celebration or for no reason at all. Great experience.
