I ordered the baby back ribs. The dry rub was beyond salty. I ordered mashed potatoes no cheese no bacon bits, they were loaded. I ordered curbside pick up I sat there until I had to go inside. I phoned lady told me to hold on for management I never spoke with them they hung up on me. Horrible!!

I really never been a fan of chill’s but this chill's here is by far the worse chill’s I been to from hair in our food and wrong orders ..for some reason the kept bringing us a chicken sandwich which was weird ..

We love Chili's and have been to a few. This was our first time at this one. It is older and needs to be remolded. It is clean however and that is what is most important. I wish I could say the same of the restrooms--they were not maintained and that is not a good sign when an employee has to use them and there is no soap. We were seated by a very nice hostess and the wait was not long at all. Our server was nice, but ever so slow and did not know the menu well. Maybe he is new, but they should train them. But, again he was a nice person. We ordered Chili burgers, one with cheese, one without, both rare. Both were over cooked to well done. The cheese was missing and had to be sent back. Most of the chili was spilling off the burger and onto the paper for the tray it came in. But at least it was there, just not really on the burger. We also ordered fries and they were fine. We also ordered guacamole--a side order--, but we were brought avocado on the burger and no guacamole. Our server brought out the guacamole after a bit of a wait. Our salad was forgotten and we had to remind our server to get it. When it came it was very good. We had a chocolate molten cake and a chocolate chip cookie with ice cream on top with sauce as dessert. Our server brought out two cakes. We asked for the cookie and he took the cake away and we never saw him again. We asked someone else to get our cookie and they did and he was also nice. The desserts were fine, not as good as other Chili's as the cake was cold. The cookie was very hard. When our bill came it was wrong and the new server fixed it and was very nice about it. I would give this place one more try. I think they are trying, but maybe had new staff.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After waiting almost 3 hours for one order of boneless wings and a drink. Not being able to reach anyone to see what was up either. The wrong order was delivered. With no drink, nothing I ordered. They don’t have customer service, no one answers the phones, and the wings arrive cold as hell and 3 hours late. Save yourself the money and literally buy from anywhere else. Never ordering from here again.

This place is such is a disgrace, not because of the food, which overall is decent; the reason why everybody is giving them a low score is because of their lack of customer service. Whoever is doing the hiring needs to be replaced ASAP. It seems like the more disrespectful, unwilling to work, the more unfriendly people are, the more they have a chance to become a staff member. What's their hiring process??!!?? Don't they screen people before giving them a contract?!!? I have been to multiple Chili's in my life, and I can truly say that this is BY FAR the worst Chili's and also one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to, and I've traveled the world.

Told +20 mins. Lie. Took +45 mins. Music to load. Orders screw up. How can one screw up on a hamburger? Ask. No tomatoes. No pickles. What I get. Extra tomatoes. Extra pickles. Bathroom. Yiu might as well. Go in the paring lot or go to. Red lobster. To use there bath rooms. Pee. On men's floors. Pee on toilet seats. Toilet paper on the floors. One falcest working. Other broke. Heard women room worst.

The person behind me just walked in and looked for his order, got it and took off without checking in. Im not sure if it was even his order. The person behind him , did the same thing. I was never greeted , I was waiting to be greeted , and NOTHING. I had to walk up to the PERSON and had to tell him I was picking up my order. When my order was ready he never called me or check that my order was ready. I had to walk in check it myself and then asked him if it was my order. Very bad management or no management here ! I will never order for pick up AGAIN!

went on a week evening. Disable parking taken up by Non disable drivers. Park in Mark Disable parking. For curb side Pick up. Went in to be seated. Not hearing. Welcome to Chili's. Not been ask. How many in my party. them been told. Be 2 hours, to get a table. I think they have a problem with Disable Guest We had to some place else.
