Ordered a beef dip which was terrible. Even the aujus tasted bad. Brought it home and heated a packet of Lawry's aujus which made the sandwich semi edible but still not good. I think I paid $14 what a waste.

Came here with a group of friends after a morning hike. Loved the amotsphere and Jose and his wife were so welcoming! The food was incredible and comforting. It felt like home.Definitely have to get the specials here! Our group got the chilaquiles, tamale omelette and the nopales omelette! Every dish was jam packed with flavor. My favorite was definitely the nopales (cactus) omelette.Lovely couple serving some delicious foods! So if you're in the San Pedro area, make sure to Come through and check out their food!Food: 8.5/10Service: 10/10Ambiance:9/10

Amazing food! Stopped here for breakfast before dropping off some family members for a cruise. I had the chile verde chilaquiles and they were amazing! Super nice people. Definitely need to come back.

Joe's Diner had been popping up in conversations for weeks, so my spouse, friend, and I finally checked it out for breakfast. Let me tell you, everything we'd heard was spot on! The space is small and charming, with a classic diner vibe and nicely decorated adding to the coziness. The staff (just two folks!) were welcoming and attentive, keeping our coffee topped up and checking in just the right amount. Coffee's a big deal for me, and Joe's didn't disappoint. Strong, dark, and fresh, it was the perfect way to kickstart the morning. Our friend dug into the ham & eggs, a picture-perfect rendition with crispy hashbrowns and comforting pinto beans. It reminded her of breakfast at her grandma's, which is the ultimate compliment! Portions were generous, and everything was cooked perfectly. My spouse devoured the eggs benedict, raving about the made-to-order hollandaise that was smooth and flavorful. Now, here's the star of the show for me: the breakfast burrito. As a self-proclaimed breakfast burrito connoisseur, I have to say, this might be the best in San Pedro. I ordered it meatless - substituting mushrooms, spinach, and extra pico (thanks for the bonus points, Chef!). Not only did they nail the veggie-packed filling and perfectly cooked eggs, but the lightly pan-seared tortilla took it to a whole new level (most places just warm up the tortilla). The homemade salsa was the perfect finishing touch.Joe's Diner has earned a permanent spot on our breakfast/brunch rotation. Highly recommend!P.S. The fact that the chef was up for customization without hesitation shows they care about customer satisfaction. Bonus points for that!Vegetarian options: The food is made-to-order and the chef allows substitutions and he also makes some great recommendations if you want to go meatless. There is also a meatless hamburger listed on the menu that I will try at a future visit.Dietary restrictions: The chef did a fantastic job making a vegetarian burrito and allowing me to substitute the meat with mushroom, spinach, and pico.

Joe is an incredible host who cares for his guests. The food was great with a fine balance of creativity and comfortability. My wife and I were very happy on our first visit yesterday.

We came here for brunch today. Coffee was great. I had the eggs Benedict with hash browns and white beans. All were very good. The service was top notch. Inside is cozy and the walls have a nice golden color.Definitely recommend!

The best omelet I have ever had. Seven of us went for breakfast and each of us had a different meal. All of them were excellent. If you have not been there, please go!

Genuinely nice people and a delicious breakfast. Even the other customers were friendly, saying good morning to us like we were old neighbors. Next time we're in town, we're definitely coming back here.

My Family and i love Joe's Diner! Very clean restaurant & kitchen, consistently great food, very nice owners and great prices. Also they're bilingual for any Spanish or English speakers. So far we've only had their breakfast plates (my husband's favorite breakfast burritos in all of Pedro) - but their lunch/dinner offerings looks great so we'll have to try that soon.I must also note that every time we pick up an order, there are patrons inside eating -- a great sign for any restaurant!! I sincerely love & highly recommend this wonderful establishment.

We are from out of town and we're looking for a good place to eat that was close to our hotel. We seen this place with great reviews so had to try it. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with the most amazing smells from the kitchen and outstanding customer service! I am only a couple bites into this meal and I had to stop and leave this review. Plus it's extremely fresh and soooo delicious! If you are hungry for amazing cooking come here and enjoy an amazing breakfast or lunch. We will be back on our next trip here.
