Worst LA stay ever: Cold water showers, pool heater non-functioning & not posted on website or shared prior to arrival. Dead mouse floating in the cold hot tub. Smelled like marijuana in outdoor areas. If I wanted a cheap motel stay, I would have saved my money and booked one with a functioning pool.

Hotel was clean and cool, but you HAVE TO pay $35 a night for VALET. And the valet people steal from your car. Upsetting that you can't just park your own car and have to have a stranger go through your car. I placed a crystal tree i bought in Venice underneath my car seat for safe keeping and they went through my car and took it. Along with a portable charger.

Items stolen from my room. I was robbed and the hotel NEVER investigated the reported incident or tried to replace stolen item. No call backs no injuries...NOTHING! Stolen 1. Entire MakeUp bag Complete Rihanna make up foundation, lipstick, face powder, skin cream, Rihanna eyeshadow palette and all eye pencils. Application Brushes; Mascara and liner. They stole my SHOES and Clutch purse I was traveling for my Mother's Funeral and stayed at this hotel near Church and Cemetery. I had everything in my Blue Travel bag with perfume toothpaste toothbrush and I had my APPLE-WATCH inside the travel bag as well! This Hotel didn't even inquire about what was stolen just no concern or real action taken to investigate the claim. This happened in November on the 8th, one night. We checked out the next morning heading out to Riverside Veterans Memorial Cemetery to also discover; the Guest Book, Obituaries, her service awards, and money gifts were stolen as well! I'm COMPLETELY DEVASTATED Not only am I mourning a death and loss of my Mother; but her donations, pics, awards and my faith in humanity (mankind)! Don't stay at this hotel! It was miserable...I even had bites on my feet and toes the next day. Felt like flea bites miserable

We stayed here because it was close to the restaurant we were going to. Check in was ok, we went with the valet parking ($35 overnight) and were told we could get our car at any time. We woke up at 6am the next morning to leave and there is NO ONE HERE. No front desk, no valet, no staff at all. No mention at all of it being unstaffed at any point during our stay. We have been on hold for almost 20 minutes with no answer as to how we can leave. I need to go to work today, but what if we had a flight to catch or had an emergency?! This is completely unacceptable and some of the worst customer service I've received from a hotel.

My card was charged for fraudulent transactions directly after using my card with their valet team. There is a possibility that the valet group is storing card information. I brought this to the hotels attention and was given a number that was supposed to be for the valet group. The number was for an airport in Canada, which was odd. Please check your transaction history after visiting this establishment and using their valet

Cute hotel and friendly staff. You can tell it was recently finished - our room looked like it hadn't gotten a final coat of paint on the walls yet (which didn't really take away from our stay in any way). Parking is an additional fee - it was $35/day (including overnight) to use the valet, and it's tricky to find any other parking and know you won't get towed. It's located on a busy street, but is in a nice location. It's about 45 minutes from downtown if you're driving during rush hour/during the day. The check-in/out process can all be done on the app/web app, so that was smooth. They supplied Davines products, so that was great. They have a noise machine but it seemed to pick up on some nearby frequencies occasionally. The TV was a Roku TV, so there was limited free tv to watch unless you wanted to sign in with your app accounts or create accounts. The adjacent restaurant was great, too. We would likely stay here again as the price was comparatively affordable.

I usually gravitate towards Sonder Hotels when looking for places to stay while traveling so when I came across this location I was excited! the rooms were cute, stylish and I enjoyed the ambiance of the entire property! I will say, this is not a quiet & quaint hotel stay. It can be a little rowdy and noisy but personally once I was in my room I couldn't hear too much and I slept like a baby. This is a perfect spot for young, outgoing and easy going people!

Nice, new hotel. Good location to SoFi Stadium. That was the key for my stay here. They common areas clean. The amenities such as pool, jacuzzis are great. The rooms are clean. Nice price point. I would stay here again for another Rams game.

Stayed 2 days for a LA Chargers game. We had no remote for the tv, they brought one when we called front desk. Tv was maybe 30inch, extremely small by 2023 standards. We were able to log into our YouTube tv so that was nice. The shade in the shower was not there so you are completely exposed to the room when in the shower. The hotel alarm went off twice and it is extremely loud. I have seen this problem in several other reviews. Figure it out Sonder!! The walls are paper thin, I could hear word for word the conversation of the next room. Was woke up at 3:30 am by partygoers, I guess not the hotels fault. The construction on new basketball starts at 5am sharp. Very loud and impossible to sleep thru, they do offer ear plugs. Hotel policy is no trash cans in the room, seems weird to me. The restaurant was great. Good food and good atmosphere. I would only stay again if attending another event at SoFi. 5 minute walk to the stadium. Valet parking was fast and easy. $35 per day which not to bad on a game day. All the staff were very friendly.

$35/night to park your car is criminal. Definitely not worth the hassle and the only other parking option is far. Nicely done $$$

very clean, a little pricey, but the convenience of being across from the stadium is amazing. loud! it's 8:30 in the morning why is someone playing loud music? no wash cloths in the bathroom? they knew i was black when i checked in and i can't take that ride. some people are coming down the hallway being extremely loud at 9:19 i mean come on

DO NOT STAY HERE. worst stay ever, don't let the esthetic fool you. For starters we were greeted with two RUDE ladies. There was a Hispanic man in front of us using Google translate to communicate with one of the receptionist which by the way rolled her eyes every 2 seconds the man spoke she almost broke her neck sideways saying you didn't read your email, huh?!? we get to our room after a long, exhausting day of traveling to a HOT ASS room. I immediately knew the AC was broken. It was on when we got there & set to 70 degrees but it was 81. I turned it off and on I turned it down to 60 and it was not getting cool, after waiting a while I decided call & was helped by a customer service rep & was not help at ALL they send the rude receptionist and pretended to turn it on after I told her it was on. She brought us a fan & we continued to get ready in the hot room because we had plans for that day. They had a guy come take a look at it to do the exact same thing we did & it had "no fix" we had to pack ALL of our stuff which we had already unpacked and settled in. We had to carry it all the way downstairs and wait 30 min for them to finish cleaning a room. We get to the new room and it stunk so bad like cleaning products it was dirty & was told a few times that a manager would be made aware of the issue and we would be compensated. I did not hear from anybody not a sorry for the inconvenience or an email. The lady just kept awkwardly laughing it off because she was embarrassed that was happening. 3 days into our stay fire alarm goes off at 2 in the morning, everyone is going up and down the hall, trying to figure out where the stairs are, because there was no clear visible signs. The staff downstairs were not explaining anything everybody's half asleep. It was such a rude awakening. They finally tell us it was a false alarm to go back to our rooms. I get to my room and it goes off AGAIN. It was the loudest most annoying sound ever. We couldn't fall back to sleep. And don't even get me started on the parking. There's no other option other than to pay for valet parking, and if you stay there on the weekends they have a restaurant/bar that is packed and which causes a SHIT SHOW in the parking lot. It seemed like the parking for that bar was more important than the guesting at the hotel. You have to pick your car up on the other side you're just paying for the valet to drive your car up to a gate. Friday night we had to wait 30 minutes to get to valet so they can park our car so we can go inside, the parking situation is stupid. I paid over $800 only to be compensated $70 & this only happened because I called almost a week after my stay to follow up with them because I did not hear from any manager. Save yourself the discomfort.

We booked two rooms for December 7, 2023 so that we could take my mother to the Aerosmith/Black Crowes concert. Steve Tyler was injured and they cancelled the show. I attempted to get a full refund for the rooms by cancelling the rooms 50 days in advance. This company would not give me a full refund. This was going to be the first time my family stayed at this hotel, which is in a dangerous part of Los Angeles. I'll never stay at any of their hotels now because they clearly stole my money. I recommend that any potential customer of this company think twice before booking a room with them. They will steal your money!!!
