Food is really good. This is the chicken quesadilla with a side of beans and rice. Cost $15. You could split the quesadilla for 2 people. The picture is only half of the food. A bit pricey but delicious! ??Also, the lady is a bit rude. And they don't have a set open and close time. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. The food deserves a 5 but the service deserves a 2 or 3. ?

When it comes to places like La Chiquita, I usually like to keep it to myself. It's a neighborhood taqueria as well. The owner and her husband have had the business for 20+ years. The cops eat here a LOT, SO DON'T GET ANY IDEAS!The soups are a cure-all. I ordered the Chicken Caldo and the Veggie Beef Caldo. The veggies are cut fresh and dropped into the broth with the Chicken, so expect to wait while your soup is made fresh in front of you.Everyone that eats here is a regular. It's a great place to meet the locals, but it's tiny, so not a real hangout spot. The owners speak Spanish and English. Street parking only. No public bathrooms.
