The pizza is phenomenal. a 15.00 pizza and I couldn't get one packet of the crushed red peppers. I had to buy a whole bottle of it. That is so not cool.

Ordered online to be delivered to our hotel (Hyatt Regency). Left instructions along with room number. it conveniently arrived at the front desk, and the hotel rang us to come collect it. Full marks and great pizza, not the ideal temperature, but I’m not complaining!

The manager Juan said no extra toppings because they're closing in 1 hr they put everything away. I couldn't get a pizza with extra toppings only pepperoni that sucks. I told him why you had to put everything away so early I told him I'm gonna make a complaint to corporate and he said that he doesn't care that they know about it that's not right.

Every time I come here nothing is ready. They tell me the wait time is 7-10 minutes and still waiting 30 minutes later. I thought the whole point of this place being “hot and ready” was to come in, grab and go. I understand when it’s busy but there has been numerous times that I’m the only one in. I am all for a relaxed and chill work environment, however these workers have zero sense of urgency or respect for the customer. Many times they are just chatting in the back. But I guess you get what you pay for.

I place my order to pick up arrive on my order is not ready They told me I had to wait 5 minutes more which is 20 minutes already And then I ask If it's ready again and they told me I had to wait 6 minute more so it ended in 30 minutes right there It was not busy at all They need to do better orders by phone and better customer service

Unfortunately I was very I’ll for days after eating from here last Friday. I would give 1 star but I have a feeling it was the ranch (yellow/sour) and not the pizza. Also disappointed the crazy bread has become dry plain breadsticks over the years but that’s company wide and nothing to do with this location. The Detroit Style is a step in the right direction.

Horrible pizza, all crooked, badly cut, burnt and others raw, and the workers are very slow. We have to wait almost an hour. Because they are people who have documents and are the laziest to work, if they hired staff without documents, they would get the job done faster.
