When You place the order You ask for what you want but when you go to pay they charge you what You ordered when You go to the next window to receive the food you have ordered To delight A breakfast A lunch Or a dinner whatever but when You you receive the food you have ordered, they do not give you what it is, they give you less food for the money you paid, in the order you made when you paid what you ordered, that is not fair for this type of people who work at all McDonald's, I don't I recommend that you buy more McDonald's

So many homeless people inside and outside of the McDonald’s. It is dirty and they allow them to lay down on the table booths .
The new McDonald's in Bear Valley is very nice. It's a shame the people who work there are not friendly and it wasn't so busy that they took so long with my order.

I'm really disappointed ? the lady that cleaned at night time kicked us out from the playground she said I close at 9 p.m. because I need to clean here in the front and the bathroom. I usually come here and never had this bad experience ?

Service was top tier!!! Opted to use drive thru because there were only 2 cars in line. I used a deal on the app, provided the code, and was ready to pay at the 1st window! Paying was a breeze went on to pick up food. I was asked to pull to the side as additional time was needed to prepare my order. A team member brought the food to my vehicle, waiting to make sure everything was correct, she then proceeded to go back inside for additional sauces. And she did it all with a smile and positive attitude!! Food was hot and fresh ?? ?
