Mixel racially profiled me, of course, I'm black, a black man, I just walked in ordered food. Was wearing a face mask. After I ordered, I was told to sit down in lobby and wait for my food, Mixel approached me while I was sitting at table in the Lobby and she asked me, " are you waiting on someone, or what." I said, " I've been helped already. " She asked me same question again, and I responded the same. She then walked to a employee behind the counter and pointed at me as if though she was asking employee if I ordered, the employee said, yes. She then came to me and said, " I just wanted to make sure. " There were other people sitting in lobby as well waiting, but, she didn't say anything to them, they were Latino, and 1 white person. I asked mixel what she was making sure of, and she didn't respond. Mixel, you will see that she racially profiles Black people, she really does, I wrote corporate already, hopefully she gets counseling because, it's profiling, I'm going to write the news media as well, and in closing, while I'm at it, when you order a family size order of fried rice, they will say it will take 5 or 6 minutes, but, they , when your not watching, will bring out rice that they save from the previous day, they sell it like that, when you order, a family size , fried rice, stand there and watch them make it fresh , or, you will get rice already in fridge from previous day, this incident occurred March, 2024

This Panda Express location is clean and organized. All the restaurant staff are friendly and professional. No frills simple good tasting Chinese food with enough variety of menu choices. I stopped by at this restaurant on the way to the LAX airport for quick early dinner.

We went to this location one hour before closing and there was only noodles and half a pan of Orange Chicken. We were told by the unconcerned employee that they don't cook any food at closing time. They had one hour of business left. We were told that we had to wait for them to cook the food if we wanted to eat. We left and ate elsewhere. What a shame for a decent restaurant chain.

Super fresh and flavorful, good portions. Orange chicken and walnut shrimp were hot and crispy. It was my first time having Panda Express in a while, and I am impressed! I went around 8pm so it was busy, but the food was great and service was friendly.

I have been going here a few years off and on. Overtime the quality of the flavor has gone down significantly. The food is colorful and looks good but lacks flavor. Ive had a variety of items from there , the flavor profile has diminished significantly.

(no one enjoys dried out orange chicken lol).The servers are really nice and give you the perfect amount of food. The parking lot is small, but usually has several spots available.
