Went in to pick up food & was told to wait for chow mein but they didn't even make the food until I went back in because they were saving it for their customers. Not sure if this was a racist thing or what. However do better.

Even though it says they close at 10, they start closing up by 8 30, I got there at 9 most of everything was picked up and they said I couldn't pick up dinner unless I had I ordered online for it, I was just hungry give me food.

Place is seeming closed as of late June 2023. I was there to check with one of my old employers nearby about my job search. I had to use the bathroom. Starbucks closed off their restrooms for the guests (which is sad), so I had to take it to Panda. They were closed, with a sign on the door telling us to visit their other locations. I was in shock as I seriously needed to go to the bathroom. I managed to find the bathroom at the Chili's since I had to give something to them in regards to my job search.

This place always busy, been her a few times and line always to the door. Their not slackers so be patient. Clientele here can be kinda rough. So condolences for the staff. Panda always hits the spot not gourmet Chinese but always good!!

Decent food but the staff treated the fans that were there for WrestleMania like garbage, the same fans that were the reason they had any business. Don't go here if you're going to Sofi Stadium. They hate lines, and money apparently.

Customer service was so so. The workers should serve more honey shrimp, its not coming out their pocket lol.When I worked as a manager I didn't care who told me to only put a certain amount of fries. My customers came back only asking me to serve them and I never upsetted them. If they want 10 nuggets I'll throw in a extra 3 nuggets, why not? What's the manager gonna do?. If they ask for small fries I'm packing it. They cant fire me over extra food. You get me. Chinese food is famous because the people usually pack your plate until it can't close right. That's why Chinese food is famous to begin with, once it got americanized more greed started.Kid-friendliness: All children are welcome to eat. Please be responsible for any allergens.Parking: Very hard to find parking close to the store's.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access the store for disabled individuals.Dietary restrictions: Not many healthy options here. Usually chicken/ teriyaki will make the cut.
