I constantly get food at this place, the stuff very friendly always kind . But the other day when I was in I saw something I didn’t like at all. There was this young man going over some stuff wile they were on production I think he was the manager his actions on front of the customers were unprofessional it was like he wanted to be noticed and like he was the person on charge.It got to the point where I was about to get up and say something because I wasn’t even enjoying my meal due to his lack of experience in the business I could see that the employees were feeling uncomfortable..

Maybe if the restaurant they would treat the customers better. The snappish cashier allowed her own people to skip line. But the cashier named . Leslie is her name. What's the point of ordering online.
A fortune cookie i ate was expired. How do i know? The fortune cookie was not good and tasted like something completely different, something not sweet it was nasty. Please stay on top of this. Ive had many good experiences at panda and i would hate to see it fall.

They only got two stars from me because of the cashier. The employees are freaking robots who have no common courtesy. The first employee asked me about rice and chow mein about 20 times while I'm helping my kids decide what they want. The second employee asked me what I wanted 10 times after being told to hold on. After that, he continued, and I had to yell at him and explain how my family doesn't eat out regularly and that choices need to be processed. I was rushed all while there were about 5 people waiting to be checked out by cashier.
