If you have an hour to spare before you want to eat, you should definitely order here! The food was pretty good, as per Papa-usual! But I waited for delivery for over an hour. Called the location and was told 3 minutes, about 15 minutes later… still no delivery. The delivery guys was nice enough so I can’t blame him for the experience but there’s definitely some cogs in the machine!

Gave this place 3 stars for a couple of reasons. The food without a doubt is great ? their quality of food never disappoints. But ordering from here is a complete nightmare ?♂️ I order online or via phone. After I let 10-15 minutes pass by after placing my order. When I arrive at the establishment, they tell me that I still have to wait another 10-15 minute wait. Like why did I even order ahead of time in the first place. The idea behind ordering online or via phone is to make it convenient to order and take out. But it seems like this is something that still has not been addressed specifically at this location ?♂️ the Gardena and Carson location never gave me this kind of trouble. Lastly, they need to do something about the setting of where it's at. I don't always feel safe here with potheads in their cars being selfish and not thinking of others shopping in that square. Especially if SoFi is not too far from it, they need to remodel it and make it look nice and make it safer too.

Good pizza.. HORRIBLE service. Workers gave me attitude for an order. I ordered to pick up at this location and i sent a family member to pick it up because i have covid. They refused to give them the order and i had to call to tell them it was okay for them to receive it. Then they told me they didn’t have it??? But i had the order on my screen. This lady gave me attitude that was not needed. I was trying to keep calm but the fact that she was talking to me like i did something wrong pushed me off the edge. Was i supposed to go out sick ??? Terrible service

They have a terrible home delivery service, more than 1 hour waiting for the food to be brought... Oh, but they accepted the payment later. I called the Restaurant and according to my order it had not been placed and now how do I get my money back

Parking is horrible. Food was good when past ordering, but my last order in September made my family and I sick. And the pizza wasn't good. Im thinking some one different was working. Not sure ill ever go back!

9/15, 7:12 pm...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!Order Online L/Pizza G-Parm swirl + black olives, tomatoes, plus pepperoni. For pick up. When we brought it home the pizza had no pepperoni after we paid extra.Called the location and Gabriel gave no solution to their mistake, he said the Manager Gabriela, only approved credit on one topping for the next order. The Manager refused to handle the call and instead had Gabriel deal with this situation. They gave me no solution at all. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION, PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY AND TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY ORDER.

To order was quick. Food was hot. Taste was horrible very dry no sauce and taste old definitely no flavor. Seems they are watering down the sauce and cheese taste fake. Just horrible. Won't buy from here again.

This was the first time I was greeted with excellent customer service. For a quick pizza fix, I don't think you can go wrong with some Papa John's. The thing that makes them hit or miss is customer service. I've never been disappointed with the food - overall. Once in a while, I received an undercooked or overcooked pizza but generally it's good eats.

If I could give a negative star I most definitely would ! Ordered online paid for 7 pizzas and 4 wings and only got 6 pizzas . Talked to a Gabriela and she wouldn't even look at my receipt she said she didn't care she went with what was on her screen . Horrible servicio , pague for 7 pizzas y 4 alitas y solo me dieron 6 pizzas . Le quise enseñar el recibo a Gabriela y no quiso verlo .
