Not a great experience at all trying to modify an order I placed online. I called multiple times and no one stayed on the phone more than 5 seconds to assist me. The only thing they did was place me on hold for 18 minutes and then hang up. After I called back multiple times, I was not able to get anyone to answer. If I could come into the store I would, but it’s not possible. Please fix your communication issues because I am sure I am not the only one that has had a problem before. Do not recommend.

All staff is very well mannered and courteous-especially, when I speak to Erika and Lizzette. It's a pleasure getting pizza from this store.

Good. I can't believe the charge a fee to bring your order to your car!

The only thing that I would say is that when the pizza comes it is cold and not hot. I don't think pizza hut should be charging a service fee on top of a driving fee for delivery and then want customers to give a tip to the driver. pizza hut should give the driver a tip. I am done ordering from pizza hut its time for something else. :-)

Absolutely the worst human connection and customer service. Again I speak from experience dealing with one of their manager's due to respect i will not mention their name. Inglewood is becoming a world class city but this Pizza Hut doesn't understand that without customers they will be out of business. I ordered a hawaiin pizza but the manager thought that I was not gong to pay, obviously I can't take the pizza because they have bullet proof glass. I paid her and she just treated poorly like I was a criminal. The ambiance is horrible there is no space inside and the parking is horrible. Never going. Back. They don't value me there. Sorry I don't have pictures of my food. Thanks for reading

I called to order a large pepperoni pizza. Everything was fine until I made a payment. The guy over the phone charged me $25.97. Okay, no problem. He charges me, then 5 mins later he calls me again and says your card went through for only 21 something. I said excuse me, that can't be right. He said you have insufficient funds. I said that can't be right because I'm looking at what I have in my account right now. I said, " can I just give the driver the rest". He said yes, that's fine. Then the driver pulls up. My boyfriend asked how much it was again. He said, "oh, just give me 5". Not only that we gave the driver a tip. It's sad to say that may be they are robbing people for the drivers. I thank god I didn't give my card again. If you here something like this over the phone from them. Please check your account first. After the man said that I did check my account but I didn't see the transaction until later that night. He charged me for the full amount on my card plus another 8 to the driver.

DO NOT EAT HERE. So I ordered over the phone for carry out and went to go get my food. They were making pizzas with no gloves on. Literally digging their bare hands in the chicken and in the pepperoni. I know for a fact since I work in food that no matter if you wash your hands a million times you always wear gloves. The boy who was wasn't wearing gloves said that the manager said it was cool as long as they washed their hands in between making pizzas. I think this pizza hut needs to be shut down before someone turns up really ill.
