Did a takeout pizza, when I got home pizza was not the crust ordered. When I called to report the error, person indicated they would issue a credit and email my receipt. Neither ever came. A call back, several days later, resulted in the person said nothing was refunded or credited, and she could not issue the requested credit. Told me to call back after 6 to speak to a manager. Horrible, expensive, pizza and even worse customer service.
I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it arrived quickly, hot and tasty. I am nearby but that does not necessarily mean good service and good food as Grubhub continues to prove. I'll give credit where credit is due...thanks Pizza Hut.

So disappointed. They used doordash for delivery and they stole my food. And did nothing to terminate that employee. I hope they enjoyed the food. Then they wonder why they don't get tips.

Pizza took double the estimated time to arrive. When I called to see what was going on, the manager said “it’s out of my control”. Pizza arrived looking old and greasy. Never again! You’ve been warned.

This place didn't impress me with their customer service. I ended up leaving. The employee didn't seem satisfied with what the business could do either. Seems like poor MGMT if I had to guess. For food their options are all mostly bad for you and the planet, kinda what you'd expect. Chipotle is better and nearby. They have almost no vegan options and if you are a vegan this place does not care and will overcharge you for very underwhelming custom pizzas. This isn't the kind of place you can really hang out either.Hope they revamp their menu and offer water cups if people need them.
