I ordered 20 pieces of chicken, half grilled and half fried. I ordered using the Pollo Campero app thinking it would be faster. I arrived 30 minutes after placing the order, and they told me to wait an additional 15 and I did without a problem. I returned to the pick up counter nearly 20 minutes later then, they told me to give them another 5 minutes that is almost 1 hour. That was way more than enought time to prepare my order, and I did not even get an apology for making me wait for ever. This happened on Sunday March 3rd at around 11:45 am.

So i have visited this location several times,including when it first opened. So tonight, i went inside to take advantage of a deal, buy three pieces, and get one.I told the cashier with the first order three piece my side would be mac and platins, and the second one with be beans and rice both with rolls. She wrote it on my recent , why.did i get both orders with beans and rice and tortillas, this becoming a habit at this location where the people do not listen and give you the guest what you want. They don't even repeat it back, which would help them to be sure they have your order right, so even through this location 8s convenient i don't k ow if i will keep patronizing, since the last time which was about two weeks ago i had the same problem with the person not listeni g and giving me the wrong stuff, i explain all of this in the survey.and it semms nothing has change,.so. with that being said i must make a change. So maybe El pollo loco a cross the street can better serve me.
It takes me 3hr at least 1 a month to go here.Do I like it ?

Great food, but I paid $20 bucks and they forgot some of my items. They didn't give me my flan, my dinner roll, and dipping sauce I asked for with my nuggets.. also forgot to give me my horchata until I asked for it.
