It’s Popeyes so I never expect Chick-Fil-A level service but the blonde woman working the drive thru has a thick accent so I couldn’t understand one of the words she was trying to say. And she got mad that she had to repeat herself a few times. I honestly felt bad for not understanding her but it’s also not my fault that she has a thick accent or that she can’t pronounce words in English well enough. I honestly would’ve understood her better if she just spoke Spanish instead but I’ve been living in Colombia for a year and got to the intermediate to advanced Spanish level. I would’ve understood straight Spanish with her Spanish accent a lot better rather than her attempts to speak English with a heavy Spanish accent. And I know the job probably sucks and there’s stress but damn that has nothing to do with me. Other than that it was great. Hope she’s doing better now

This has to be the worst Popeyes I’ve ever eaten. As an avid Popeyes wing eater, The sweet and spicy wings here taste nothing like the sweet and spicy wings I’ve eaten at other Popeyes. The fries were so cold and nasty I couldn’t eat them. Just horrible. Bad all around.

I ordered 3 pc signature chicken dinner white meat. They gave me 1 wing 1 breast that was slightly bigger but the extra was just skin n fat. N they considered that as 3 pieces. Beware cheap ppl work here. Check your order. I don’t think it was accidental coz 1. The breast was bigger but it was all skin n fat 2.they only had 1 mobile order waiting (mine) when I got there, no line at the counter, no busy drive thru. Their bathroom is very smelly they need to start using professional cleaning products

I ordered two combinations with side orders each. They gave me the wrong side order on the second one and I ordered a large portion of beans and rice and they didn’t put it in the bag and they don’t answer their phone.
