I didn't enjoy the food. I had Egusi with chicken. The chicken was like 2 days old. It was tough and dark like leather.

Best ground nut soup I've had since Africa!Brought a few colleagues for lunch. None of them had eaten West African food before but they all loved it and loved the culinary adventure.Delicious! Thank you!Oh, and the verdict is in, Ghanaian jollof rice is best.

I went there 4 goat meat and jollof rice and what I got was nasty beef with lots of fat because he messed up my order. So I ordered goat meat to go with no meat egosi...he messed up again and put my meat in the egosi. Got home and discovered he gave me beef fat and not goat meat like I ordered. Nice decor. The rice was good. But it took so long to service our food. And if you order goat meat they won't give it to you! So disappointed!

VERY rude service. I had to use the restroom urgently. My boyfriend was still getting out the car so I walked in and proceeded towards the restroom. I was stopped because I hadn't bought anything yet and I told them my boyfriend was right behind me the man still proceeded to tell me I can't walk into a restaurant and use the restroom (for customers) which I was but I left and went to another restaurant. I won't be coming back. I still don't know who the man was he was sitting in the restaurant like a customer I'm assuming the manager.

Stopped by here 3 times on our trip. Everything was authentic and delicious. Our favorite was the red red and fried plantains. Definitely worth trying out. Wished we lived closer!

We where visiting Los Angeles and decided to try all the West African restaurants around.. this place is our top pick, customer service friendly, food came out quick and the food was just soo yummy, we had fufu with groundnut soup, pepper soup and orka soup.. just amazing. To bad they don't have a store in Portland OR.. great job ?
