I was just dining in with my family having a late dinner & young girl with blonde hair rude af she needs to fix her attitude, if she doesn't want to work she needs to find something better. Since the start when she took my order she already sounded annoyed with attitude & as I was leaving I asked for to go ranch cups and she rolled her eyes saying how many lol forsure not coming back.

Who doesn't love Shakey's? They still make some of the best pizza in town. I get nostalgic thinking about my dad bringing home Shakey's and what a treat it was!

Ordered it last night. Some of the worst pizza I've had, unfortunately. I wanted Shakeys because I used to have as a teenager. Zero flavor and was ice cold when I received it. Guys go get a pizza in Venice or Manhattan Beach. The quality was beyond terrible!

The manager was very helpful he there was an item missing and he replaced it and gave me a little extra to compensate for the trouble. The pizza was amazing and the chicken was good, warm, and fresh. The environment felt kind like we were family. The restroom were clean. Amazing work I will return soon

So I made a reservation for a party I have never had an issue before, due to a change of schedule with our event I had to cancel. I called on Monday the 4th spoke with a female employee didn’t get her name said it was ok to cancel the order. She specifically told me to come in any day during the week to collect my deposit. Honestly I was taken back because why collect a deposit but I thought maybe because I cancelled early. Came in today brought my receipt and the lady at the counter was rude and said why would we give a deposit if that’s why we take it, it’s non refundable. Understood first of train your employees properly and 2nd do not make your customers feel stupid when it was your employee who told me to come in and collect my deposit. Really unprofessional the way she spoke to me.
