I always enjoy coming to subway. It is always great coming here. Always fresh vegetables ready to make a sandwich. Tuna and meatball are my favorite. It felt like it was a dollar cheaper here in price compared to other subway places. I could be wrong. I forgot to save my receipt. I appreciate the service here.Parking: A lot of parking.I was able to find only one parking space for my tow truck that was hooked up with a car.

I placed an online order yesterday. As I walked up another customer walked out saying "they were closed". This is at 7:30 PM.My order did get made, but several other people were told they were closed by the only person working that night because it was a Holiday.He did actually take a walk in from a few ladies that came in. Before that it seemed like he was only making online orders. Very strange experience.

This location is terrible. Fabiola has the worse costumer service. We ordered a Philly sub and asked for no onion and peppers due to an allergy and she continued to put it in our subs. When we told her we had asked for no onion and peppers, she asked us what we wanted her to do? We obviously told her to remake our subs and she decided to tell us that they would no longer be Philly subs? As a costumer we felt disrespected! This place deserves zero stars, go somewhere else to eat :)

Worst subway I have ever been to! I made an online order to pick up, it was not ready. I had to order it in person the employee Angel was giving me nasty and unprofessional attitude, when I asked him for ingredients he rolled his eyes at me and pouted. I asked for a sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong and he waited until I finished putting my sandwich together to tell me there's no sweet onion sauce. Normally that's something you tell someone who's ordering that to begin with. Then I ordered a kids meal bacon sandwich for my baby and he was not even going to cook the bacon, I HAD TO ASK HIM TO DO IT!!!! This is really the only reason I'm doing this review because it's MY BABBYY that could have gotten sick!!! I was and am so infuriated with this! It's absurd! SUBWAY YOU NEED TO HIRE BETTER STAFF OR RETRAIN THE ONES YOU HAVE NOW. I understand how it is working in a fast food chain restaurant I have been there before and I would never treat anyone like this! I really hope the staff at least pretend to care.

Give Vanessa (I believe she said her name was, working 11/17/23 at 10:30 AM) a raise because this girl was juggling so many different things, trying to complete online orders and help the customers at the counter while still having a nice/friendly attitude towards customers even though it was clear she was stressed out while her manager just sat at a table pretending to do paperwork but really on the phone most of the time and another guy working just talking to the manager then disappearing into their back room to not be seen again while this girl hustling is trying her very best. I'm upset I had to wait for an online order I placed well in advance, but don't even blame this poor girl. Seems like their manager just doesn't really seem to care if it gets busy anyway. Neither did the other employee who definitely could have jumped on the counter to help his coworker out real quick. Please teach some better customer service skills at this location and please make sure to recognize the one employee that did her job best she could without complaining either.

Actually trust the reviews. They clearly do not care what so ever. There disrespectful, they will make excuses constantly to intentionally ignore what you are saying to piss you off intentionally. Go down the block for a fresher and better sandwich. Makes sense why the company is dieing. Makes complete sense.

Why does this store never accept debit cards or credit cards this has been the 3 time coming that they say that they don't accept cards an no sign is posted at the entrance I had to put hrs my sandwich true Uber eats it becomes an inconvenience since I had to download the Uber eats app as she is giving my sandwich they are charging a separate guest with card I was confused then once I got home I realized she didn't put avocado on my sandwich

If I could rate this place all 0 stars I would ! Customer service is terrible here, I placed an online order 2 hours ahead of time, I get to pick up my order and turns out it’s not ready . Then they don’t have half of what I ordered so this place is just trash
