HANDMADE TORTILLAS This place is clean and they know what they are doing. Great menu, lovely staff. They are neighborhood hotspot!

This isn't it. The taco meat was dry and flavorless. I expected more from this place.

Very nice people, sweet and food was excellent. Parking was available, music and a place to sit if you decide to stay.

I've been coming to this place since I was 14 so about 10 years on going now. I used to love their quality, their prices, and their service, but honestly as of lately all of that has been going down the drain completely. The workers aren't as nice as the OG staff, the quality of the tacos isn't all that anymore, and it seems to me that they let the meat sit there ALL day and it's dry now compared to before. They will make remarks and stare at you funny if you're not the demographic that they are used to. I was just there ordering tacos and over heard the order taker call me a guero (white boy) and know they were discussing me because I was literally the ONLY customer there(I can see why now). Not knowing that I am half Mexican and Guatemalan and can more than well enough understand EVERYTHING that was said. Este guero si entiendo. The prices are ridiculous now. 2.50 per taco??? I just ordered 8 and paid a full $20, and I don't even mind that price, but for what you get it is really not worth it. If you guys want to pay that much per taco I HIGHLY recommend ricos tacos el tio down the street, it's the same price and the tacos are bigger, juicier, and more flavorful. Like I said, I USED to love this place but it's just not it anymore sadly. I also think they should really change their name because "taco dollar" is definitely now the cost of what youre paying. Hopefully they can improve in the future.

I really like the food the price is great but they only take cash unfortunately. The lady who took my order was very nice and I could tell this place was good because I saw a lot of people there beforehand and more people came after I ordered.

This food truck is one of the best.I've tried a couple different plates, but the quesadilla is my favorite.I watch the cook make.it fresh in front of me. It's hot , cheesy and stuffed full of Asada. The condiments are.on a side.table to help yourself, delicious. The Asada Lengua burrito was packed tight and large.Watching the cook is fun too.Wrapped nicely and it held together.Rice, beans and peppers if you want them, but watch those are habanero peppers, extra for the tongue. The area is clean with seating on the side of their building. Music plays and is a great scene. The ladies are always friendly and answer all questions if we have any.The menus is extensive! We've been a few times and the prices don't gouge the wallet. There are lots of trucks out there, this one stands out.Kid-friendliness: Lots of smiles, glad to have our business

If you're looking for a quick bite, this food truck has many offerings. They have a wide variety of meats you can choose from. You can even choose which vessel you want it in.The truck also offers a side table with toppings you can put on such as pickled onions. They do also have a small table so you can set up there if you'd like. The staff are friendly and bc the meats are all ready to go, the service is very fast!!

The food was pretty good? The person who took my order and who cooked the food was great? But the other person who was making tortillas had a bad attitude?

Love these tacos the Al Pastor is so juicy, the meat is never dry. They give a good amount of meat per taco.

Got the steak and birria tacos with rice. Everything looked thrown together and the birria tacos literally fell apart. Steak tacos were alright and the rice, flavorless. But only $12 and service was timely. An okay vibe, loved the music and the tables added a nice touch.

Worst taco truck ever the cashier girl ,was very mean and my dad just ordered 2 cabeza tacos with flour tortilla but instead he got 2 with corn tortillas and got charged like if was flour tortilla. And when my dad tell them their mistake they just stare at him like if it's not their problem and when I ordered a soda the girl tell me that she has Diet Coke but once I paid for that turns out there wasn't Diet Coke my question is : why would you sell something you don't even have ? This food truck is kinda scam Their prices are not justified It's not worthy Even if they are trying to make their tacos gourmet it's not gonna work because at the end it's just a food truck If you're trying to get a good taste of tacos you should go to central market LA ,To TACOS TACOSTUMBRAS those are real tacos not like taco dólar trust me tacostumbras has a lot of taste and it's cheaper and better quality meat and you'll have a good time. Don't waist your time and money with Taco Dólar.

Ordered the asada fries, the meat was good, fries good, just reallly didn't like the fact that it was drenched in NACHO CHEESE! Not a good taste and I've never witnessed something like this before. Definitely not ever coming back. Chicken taco was solid though.
