Horrible service, they charge for coffee refills.. all the winchells I've been to don't charge for coffee refills. Sandwich nasty also egg was still raw. Chunky lady is rude.

Service was quick and friendly. Food was hott and fresh and quick. Store appeared dirty especially the floor and table tops. They had Halloween donuts as well pumpkin donut signs posted everywhere but neither in stock. When I asked the staff they had no clue what I was talking about. One employee didn't know what pumpkin was or that they supposedly sold it there. Last comment was coffee we threw out because it tasted like it was from day before. Old and stale.

Go in there today donuts do t look fresh so I'm asking the lady how long have they been sitting there, she says she don't know so I tell her give me one from the bottom then she quickly says the top is better than bottom. How quickly she remembers. U have amnesia one minute then u remember the next wm. Rude puts change down instead of my hand no napkins. It's always a problem when I go in here. U need better customer service
