So they basically stop working around 10:20 pm. I went to the location and was told online orders only after 10:40 (it was 10:35pm) and I know that's a lie because I had been trying to order online since 10pm and it kept declining which caused me to drive all the way here. The store was completely shut down, wet floors, employees chilling by 10:35. Such a waste of my time. They need to change hours to 10pm closed.

We to this place late night after Illenium. It was an absolute disaster. Food took 30 minutes to come out. Staff wasn’t helpful at all. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. There were NO, Zero trash cans inside the store. (See the picture) we were here both Friday night and Saturday night with about 40 others and the level of cleanliness and service was the same. This place is a disgrace to the brand name. Only positive was the food wasn’t terrible both nights.

The service was extremely slow! I waited almost an hour for my meal that wasn't even that big of a meal!Parking: Not a lot of spots bit to be honest I don't think many people would go to a place where there is horrible waiting service also

Very bad service, the managers and workers are too slow, it took them 1 hour to give me an order for chicken wind and potatoes and I told them that they had been late and they got angry and put a lot of salt on the potatoes. It is the worst restaurant.
