This review is for the service. I've never been to a place that straight up tells you that they won't remake a drink if you don't like it. A very strange and negative experience. I won't be coming back to this location.

Came here after dinner. Got myself an iced special house coffee. I also got to try the mung bean drink hot. They were both yummm. I enjoyed my Vietnamese coffee. And the mung bean drink was surprising really good. What got me was that the hot drinks only come in one size. My friend had to order themselves two. It is a tea place I wouldn't mind coming back to.

I found this cafe when looking for somewhere to study that opens late. The space is not very crowded inside with some outside seating. The pork buns were not too bad, but I was pretty disappointed in the matcha tea. The sugar didn't dissolve at all, so every sip had a mouthful of granulated sugar that had quite a crunch. Some of my friends who's been here before had pretty good drinks so maybe this is just a one of.

I like to come here for studying! There's a good amount of seating options inside and a few outlets. As for the drinks, I think they're okay. Nothing too special. The service is quite fast though.

7 Leaves is probably my go-to spot for boba! The mung bean milk tea is my fav drink of theirs, although tbh I've liked all the drinks I've tried so far! I like that they have a small menu, since I usually have a hard time making decisions when it comes to boba I always appreciate the quality of the tea and the boba at 7 Leaves!This location was clean, with plenty of seating available. I think it would be a great place for studying or maybe catching up with friends!

Was craving 7 leaves late and this place was the only one near by open late. They close at midnight everyday. Nice big location, with plenty of seats. They have a kiosk to order drinks. I like that give you both options. Somedays I feel very antisocial. The only thing annoying about this place is its location. Its located in a busy plaza and parking can be a pain sometimes, but if you come late at night, most other business are closed and parking is a breeze then. Our usually orders from 7 leaves is the mung bean milk tea (w/ boba and pudding), it reminds of us che banh lot, a Vietnamese pandan jelly dessert. House coffee/Viet coffee depending on our moods, and my personal fav Strawberry Sunset (caffeine free). If you check in with yelp, you get 20% off your order or something like that.

This coffee shop is located in Irvine close to 405 exit and also somewhat close to Newport Beach. It is in a plaza with an Asian emphasis. Ordered their signature house coffee hot. The taste was good. It was both sweet and sour like a chocolate with sea salt. The good thing is that they are open until midnight ⭐️ The interior design is okay and gives a coffee shop feeling but can improved. You can find a seat relatively easily. The table I seat was not much clean but was okay.

I came here after lunch with my friends to get a drink. There was a little kiosk where we ordered our drinks. The interior of this place is very green and bright. I remember when this location used to be Guppy House, and they actually really improved the atmosphere and made the place sunnier. I got an iced matcha soy latte. Our drinks didn't take too long, so service was pretty quick. I enjoyed my drink as the matcha wasn't too gritty.

Their drinks are always consistent. For the less sweet option, they don't actually lower the added sugar/syrup. They just use milk or something less sweet compared to the half n half creamer.
I ordered from here a few time house coffee with sea cream and aloe Vera or boba and some other drinks it was all good except today I ordered coffee with sea cream and disappointed strawberry H drink was so light color light taste look like they did not give enough flavor in and I had ordered this same drinks in the fast from most of locations such as Fountain Valley and Tustin and many other difference location ms this one in Irvine was the worst flavor like water I then came told the service girl she kept telling me NO it is the same I did it feel like to wasting my time try to tell her several time so I walk out with an unsatisfactory service.

Every table was full at 8pm on a Thursday night. They have a self service kiosk, but we opted to go to the front instead. Glad we did. We were able to try their new Brazilian lemonade. -Vietnamese coffee. Opted for this one the house coffee since it had a shot of espresso. -Brazilian lemonade. Try it. It's delicious!Lots of different drinks for every palate. Would recommend.
